Great location and set up

We had the perfect weekend staying here. The location was ideal and close to everything and beach and pool were so nice. The owners were very responsive and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Will be back!

Great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay and couldn't be happier. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the furniture was comfortable. Location was fantastic and the beach is right there. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Sea Captain's House is great restaurant and right next door. We ate dinner one night and breakfast every day, all the dishes were outstanding and service was great.

Easy and Convenient

We stayed in this condo over a long weekend for an event at the Myrtle Beach Sports Center/Convention Center. Great location! Super convenient to the convention center and easy to get in and out. The property was clean and the owners were excellent at communicating rental procedures and details.

Xmas vacation

This trip was Christmas present for my 7 year old. He asked Santa for a hotel with a pool and when we arrived he said wow it's a 5 star hotel. Everything was as stated the room was well kept, clean and had everything you could possibly want in it. The communication between us and the owners was quick and very pleasant. I would definitely book again.

Enjoyed The View

I was extremely happy with the view as well as the check in process. The environment was a little less desirable but manageable. The bedroom with the double beds had one bed with dirty sheets that had stains and hair and the underlayment on the bed was also stained when we removed those sheets. This did impact our opinion slightly. Overall, it suited us for the stay as intended.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We stayed the week of 6/24-7/1/23. We are a family of 5 (kids ages 8, 6 & 3) and we travel with my husbands family of 3 every year to MB. This was our favorite spot that we have stayed at over the years! The room was beautiful, clean and very well equipped. We LOVED that the bedrooms had ceiling fans in them-something you don’t often see! The views were amazing! The resort was very nice and family friendly. Parking was easy and there was always space available. There are so many pools/water features so it never felt like it was overly crowded. Eric, the property owner, was very quick to respond to any question that we had and very easy to communicate with! HIGHLY recommend! We will definitely be back again!

Nice & affordable condo!

The condo was everything the listing stated. It was clean upon arrival, other than some sand in the floor. There was plenty of room for our group, and it was family friendly. The only complaint is not with the condo at all, but the resort itself. The pool area had several areas closed off while we were there, which was a downfall for us with two toddlers. The pool also wasn’t heated when we arrived midweek so the water was like ice, but was better the next day. Overall, the condo is great and reasonably priced!

Good Place ... A Few Problems

They're were a few issues during our stay. The main two were what I believe to be black mold in the walls and the laundry was not usable. We did a load of laundry and got rust stains on our clothes that we were using for family photos. This made it tough because we packed with having laundry available.

5 star room pros and cons with building

Overall really nice. Unit very clean and spacious with great ocean views spanning living room and master bedroom. Very well stocked with anything in the soap category shower hand soap laundry detergent etc. would recommend buying toilet tissue paper towels and trash bags if you’re staying for a week or taking kids. There was a water shutoff issue that cost us a day at the beach . We were not given the option to switch properties for our stay but were given a partial rebate of 100 that was lower than we requested but still appreciated that something was done. The water issue was due to the HOA and not the owners. Owners were very polite. Pool facilities were great Monday through Friday. Unfortunately on the weekends people smoked and left cigarettes and drink cups in the pool so I couldn’t really let my kids enjoy the pool until the weekdays. Weekdays the pools were fabulous. U fortunately hotel let’s people smoke at pools. All the people we met were super nice. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend especially because this building is a bit less expensive than some others close by. Again overall would definitely recommend for the price and value overall . Definitely take necessary precautions with small kids on the weekends in the pool .

Exactly what we needed!

There were so many positives about our stay! Eric was always easy to contact and responses came fast and were never short of the answer(s) I needed in that moment! The location was perfect...the view was amazing...being able to be separate from our kids because rooms were not on top of each other was great! Inside was as clean as you'd expect when staying in someone else's home. TVs in all the bedrooms was nice, but being able to all sit in the family room to watch the same thing was also nice too! It was cooler, so we didn't go out to the beach a ton, but when we did, it was nice to have the extra toys and things to use instead of having to provide our own! My only 2 knocks on the place was 1. connectivity within the property - we had great service on the balcony and outside, but even just sitting on the couch inside we had a hard time with our cellular service connecting, so that was different from other places we've stayed similar. 2. The cleaning people did not move the bottles within the shower while cleaning, so there were many long strains of black hair found (my family has natural curly or blonde hair) in the shower - nothing a quick spray or the shower head didn't fix. We would absolutely stay in this location again and are strongly considering it in a couple years with other family/friends. I've already recommended it to a few people we know that may get to travel to Myrtle Beach before we can go back and hope they have a similar/better experience than we did!

Perfect in every way!!

Check-in was a breeze - no need to check in at front desk, meaning no waiting in line!! Condo was exceptionally clean, well furnished, looked exactly like the photos, and had all the amenities and more that we needed for the perfect beach trip, including boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, and even a baby floating tube! There is plenty of space with three bedrooms, sofa bed, pack ‘n play (although we didn’t need), loving room, dining area, kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, hand soap, and more. Bathrooms had hand soap and body wash. Plenty of bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. Loved not having to bring beach towels - we checked out towels from the pool and returned each evening - meaning no pool/beach towels to wash! The washer and dryer came in handy so we could pack lightly and just wash and rewear the same few outfits. Location of condo is perfect, and access to pools and beach was so easy and fast. You can even rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach as well. Parking was also easy - right across the street in a parking garage (free of charge). The most challenging part was getting our groceries from the car to the condo, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Eric, the owner, was very kind, helpful, and prompt in communicating. We had a question or two and had one minor issue - he answered our questions and helped us have the most enjoyable vacation. No complaints here! All 5 stars!!

Myrtle Beach Girls Trip

Excellent location. Incredible view from the 11th floor. The unit was clean, roomy, easy check in. Owners were very responsive if needed anything. The facility very beachy. Very nice pools inside & outside. Great time. Can't wait to go back.

Sarah grew up in Virginia and often vacationed in Myrtle Beach with her family as a child. While visiting a friend in North Carolina recently, she decided to visit Myrtle Beach and fell in love with the place all over again.
When an opportunity arose to purchase an oceanfront condo, we jumped at the chance to let our kids experience the same magic that Sarah experienced as a child. Although we live in Salt Lake City, we visit Myrtle Beach several times each year and love what the place has to offer!
We love meeting people from all over the world! Our goal is to provide everybody who stays with us a clean, well-furnished place with all the necessities so you can spend as much time as possible making lasting memories.

Why they chose this property

We love that we can bring our family here year-round. We came in January and although the ocean was way too cold to swim in, the outdoor pools were heated and the indoor pools were great if we didn't want to deal with the cold or rain. The game room wasn't the biggest hit with our kids, but with mini-golf courses, parks, museums, and many other activities just a short drive away, we never run out of things to do, even if it's just taking a break and watching a good football game on TV!
We also love playing on the beach. The sand by the resort is amazing and the ocean is generally calm and shallow enough for our younger kids to play safely in. It's a great place for families with kids, and pretty much anybody who loves the beach!

What makes this property unique

We've added things to our condo to help make it as comfortable as possible. Our kids don't do well sharing full-size beds, so we upgraded those to queen.

We also found we were spending a lot of time doing laundry because the washer/dryer combo that typically comes with condos has such a limited capacity. We installed a full-sized washer & dryer so now we can pretty much fit everything we need to wash in one load, saving us a ton of time!

We manage our property personally and strive to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!
