The condo was ok, it was a bit small but was functional, Kind of misrepresented the ocean front comment. It is actually ocean view. it looks out the side of the building. We always look for ocean front so that was a bit disappointing. The building was good and the beach was nice.

The condo and the resort itself were great. The area was clean. The pools were warm. Very kid friendly area, mine had a blast. The pool always had stocked towels too. With the cooking utensils, pots, and pans provided, we were able to cook in house majority of the time. I would purchase dishwasher pods and laundry detergent prior to arriving just to have on hand. It was helpful to be able to wash clothes right on the unit. The parking garage being covered was also a huge advantage. The car was never extremely hot getting into it. Very minor cosmetic things that need updated but in my opinion just means the unit is well loved!

Great vacation

Property was very clean and close to the beach. It was a quiet area and very relaxing! Grandson enjoyed the indoor water park! We would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Nice Condo, great water choices

We stayed here for a week on a family vacation and it was great. The location is good and the water park choices for the kids were great to have on bad weather days. I would recommend staying here.

Great family vacation

This condo was perfect for our family, just the right size, loved that it was right next to the elevator. The indoor pools and slides was perfect especially when it was cool. I have no complaints at all and will definitely stay here again!!

Plenty of room for 6 adults a 6 year old a 2 1/2 and 1! Room was great 3 bedroom 2 bath and everything in room you need! 2 indoor water parks with plenty of things to do for all ages.

Great vacation

We had a great time. This condo was the perfect place for my family and I to enjoy time together. Great pools and access to the beach. Also really close to broadway at the beach, the boardwalk and barefoot landing. All in all a great experience.

Myrtle Beach Family weekend

You could use some minor cosmetic, touchups such as caulking around the tubs However the unit is clean with lots of room and the indoor waterpark is a treat for the kids and adults as they each have multiple hot tubs. Communication with the host was excellent. We would stay here again.

Family Trip

We had a great time! It was right on the beach, lots of things to do on the premises, pools and hot tubs! Slides! Good food on site as well. Highly recommend. We would come back!

Great family vacation!

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make meals. The water park was great for the kids. They were exhausted every single night! Location was great. It was a short drive to restaurants and other attractions. I would absolutely book this place again!

Great time

Great place to stay, if you get bored it is your on fault. Alot of things to do there....Grandchildren had so much fun at the waterparks...loved the slides. The condo was plenty big for 12 people.

GREAT PROPERTY AND EXPERIENCE - COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!

This place is fantastic. Plenty of room and everything you need for a great vacation. My kids absolutely loved the water park and everything was exactly as described. Might become an annual trip for one week a year with my family. The location is perfect, the beach is prefect and the resort is fantastic. Also, the location and proximity to everything is amazing ! Great Place on the Beach!

We love the Dunes property! This is our 3rd time coming back to this resort, and it’s a hit with our kids and family every year. This was our first time in this unit - it didn’t disappoint! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We had a couple of small issues come up during our stay, but the property manager was very responsive and was able to help us get everything fixed up quickly.

Was very nice. Restaurant was not good. Lazy river inside was very cloudy. Room was great for family. We had 4adults and 4 children (2yr, 3yr, 9yr and 12yr). The babies love the slides and lazy river. The older boys loved the waves at the beach. A fun trip.

We had no real problems. Several things that we noticed: one bathroom had no shower curtain upon our arrival, the front of one dresser drawer was in a closet (we did not complain, no entrance lighting
