This mountain view condo sits just west of the Center Village at Copper Mountain, a 200-yard stroll from the base of the Kokomo and Union Creek lifts. There's a bike trail to Vail and Frisco across the street, as well as a number of popular hiking trails in the area (including the Continental Divide Trail). You can hop on the shuttle or easily walk to the Rocky Mountain Coaster and the restaurants, shops, and recreational outfitters in the Center Village.

Wonderful stay! Minutes walk to the main village, and even shorter to the Lesson Area/lifts. Room was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Our family of 3 slept comfortably Wonderful day overall — highly recommend!

We really enjoyed having everything we need here, including a dishwasher and washer and dryer! The location is great for someone learning to ski!l. It is so close to the mountain!

Perfect condo at the base of Union creek

Less than 5 minute walk to the lifts, less than 5 minutes to center village great location. Very clean, all the extras one needs for cooking/cleaning. You can tell the owners care. That being said don’t expect an early check in, Vacasa is slow to get back to you so always call the number to talk to someone if you have issues. When we got snowed in though Vacasa was great and helped us book another night no problem. All in all great stay for my family of 3!

Excellent Location for a Family Ski Weekend

We stayed here for a family ski trip over an extended weekend and had a great experience. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Woodward Express Lift, which made getting on the mountain super easy. The unit was clean, comfortable, and everything was as expected. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the convenient outdoor storage closet for all our snowy gear.The kitchen was decently stocked, which made meals easy, and while we did have to walk a bit in the cold to get to the hot tubs, it was nice that there were changing rooms nearby so we didn’t have to walk back in wet clothes. The building was quiet during our stay, and we had no issues at all. Check-in was smooth, and we didn’t need to contact the host.Parking was a little confusing at first (the listing said spots weren’t assigned, but the numbers matched apartment units), but we figured it out quickly. Overall, a great stay, and we would definitely come back.

The HOA is responsible for snow removal for the entire complex, and it can be difficult to get this done in a timely manner when there over a foot of snowfall in 24 hours. We are happy to assist our guests in finding the perfect home for them, including units with garages in case of snow, and hope to be able to do this for you in the future. Thank you!

Poor management of home/cleanliness issues

There was not much we enjoyed about the about the home, except walking distance to ski lifts. This was a ski vacation and our time was spent everyday contacting Vacasa about so many problems. From checking in, to registering your car to park, to the cleanliness of the bathroom (hair in shower and dirty sponge left on floor.) From the ultimate insult from a supervisor who neve once apologized or said I'm sorry for your troubles.

The cleaning or lack thereof was so disappointing. Upon entering big hairball on kitchen floor, cleaning rag left on bathroom counter, at least 5 hairs on sheets when I quit counting. Living room definitely not vacuumed. Besides other big crumbs there was an inch long piece of bacon on living room carpet. Proximity to lift awesome but we couldn’t relax in evening because it didn’t feel clean. Tv barely worked even after doing everything directions said to. Quality control definitely needed.

Great property, poor property management company

We really loved the condo. It was comfortable with a good location and well stocked. However, for some reason, the property management company failed to let us know there was a new roof being installed about 20 feet from our back deck. This made relaxing almost impossible after an active day of biking or hiking. When we called to ask to be moved, they never responded. I would highly recommend The Cache but not the property management company, Vacasa.

Great little place, with everything your home has - Kitchen is loaded! Basically ski in and a short walk out - its closer than the parking lot. Clean and comfy. As other reviews said, the stairs are no joke after a day of skiing - but if you know that going into - this place is great. We enjoyed the hot tub and location was even better than expected. We’d definitely come back.

Wonderful experience

Location was great - ski-in/ski-out with a walk back to the unit measured in feet. Unit was a good size and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great fireplace that served as a convenient divider but also quickly heated the unit. Just be aware the unit is on the third floor which you need to walk up to. Not a big deal for me but may be an issue for some.

Beautiful place with all you need!

We enjoyed staying here in the summer and biking/hiking right out the door. The condo is nicer than the pictures posted. It is very light and well decorated. We loved cooking all our meals in the kitchen. The deck has a nice view and we used the gas grill too.
