The cabin was nice. The only "concern", if you could even call it that, was the tub is a little aged and discolored. Otherwise the stay was great. We enjoyed eating at Shipwreck, walking to the trading post, fishing and enjoying family. You can even get a free live music concert on some nights compliments of Shipwreck :-) Would definitely stay again. Didn't need to contact the host about anything since all was in good order so never talked to him or met him. Was a nice place a d convenient location to things in town.

We spent a full week at this Downtown Curtis South Manistique Lakefront Cabin and it exceeded every expectation. The moment you walk in you’re surrounded by that classic Michigan wood interior and huge sliding doors that open right onto South Manistique Lake. The views from the living room and dining area are incredible—morning coffee watching the water, evening sunsets, the whole package.The cabin itself is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully laid out for a small group. Everything we needed was there, the space felt private and peaceful, and being right on the lake made it so easy to just relax or step outside and enjoy the water. Curtis is a great little base for exploring the area, and this location made the whole trip feel special.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a true northern Michigan lakefront experience. We already miss it and would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice lake views. Right on main drag which can get busy and loud with restaurant traffic. But convenient to walk nearby. Things were a bit dusty but otherwise comfortable. Allows pets which was helpful.

This was the perfect place for a get away! We booked last minute for a weekend away. It was clean and quiet. Walking distance to pretty much anything you could want. The cabin was clean and cozy. Dennis was efficient with replying to my messages and a great host. We will definitely book again when coming to this area!

Great place to stay!!

Had a slight mishap the first night with the fridge but the property owner was quick to respond, great place to stay at our 2 year old loved the cabin and didn’t want to leave at end of our visit! Will definitely book again next summer!!

Great Little Cabin

The cabin was a cozy space to spend our time in Michigan. It was centrally located to all the activities went to explore. Being right on the lake was very peaceful.
