Our Tree House in the Berkshires has a view of the forest out every window. Our home overlooks a spring fed pond and is a quiet, reflective retreat surrounded by nature just minutes from Jacobs Pillow and the Appalachian Trial. We have walking trails, ponds, cross country skiing in the neighborhood. The master bedroom features a two person Jacuzzi in the Master Bath. The first floor bedroom is ensuite and features a view of the pond and access to the wrap around deck.

Luxury shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided.
Bath salts available for the oversized soaking tub.
Out every window you will see the forest. We spotted dear, beavers, turkeys, fox, Mallard Ducks and more. Listen for the Great Horned Owl at night.

Great spot for a getaway! Highly recommend!
I stayed at this adorable house for 5 weeks while I worked nearby. I always felt happy (and lucky!) to come "home" after work and sit among the trees out on the back deck. The host (Natalie) was wonderfully attentive and super helpful if I needed anything fixed or taken care of. Couldn't have asked for a nicer host. I highly recommend this place for a lovely, middle-of-the-woods respite. Here are my pros/cons broken down (with pros far outweighing any cons) Pros: Great location; incredibly comfortable beds/linens; very relaxing, quiet, pretty location; everything you would need for a pleasant stay was provided; very kind and communicative host. Cons: As I was there for 5 weeks over the summer it was HOT. If you are someone who can't manage the heat, it might be hard for you to use the upstairs bedroom (which was normally lovely.) Even with provided box fans, it was so hot at night, there were several times I needed to move downstairs so I could sleep. Also, the house is oddly lit. I would come home from work and need to do work on my laptop and the only real place to do that was at the kitchen table. There was NO overhead light. The chandelier was all candles and there were no light sources of any kind. When I had a guest over to eat, we had to bring battery powered lanterns to the table in order to see our food. I found this odd. Not a dealbreaker at all, but it was strange to be in this adorable, modern home which was so minimally lit in the kitchen/DR

Winter Getaway
My friends and I enjoyed our girls' getaway in Becket. The home is lovely, spacious, full of light and beautiful views of the trees. There was snow and we had fun snowshoeing the trails behind the house. We especially loved the fireplace and cozied up to it almost every night. It was a chilly week, but each bedroom and bathroom have their own thermostat so everyone could stay warm. The kitchen is well stocked.

LOVELY EXPERIENCE WITH A COUPLE OF ISSUES
The house & particularly the property were outstanding and a huge plus was a play set for our toddler grandson. The deck was fantastic overlooking the pond and surrounding forest. The house was spacious and a particularly special feature was the double jacuzzi in the master bathroom. We did feel the living room furniture was a bit shabby and could use replacing. Also there was no lighting in the indoor dining area. The location was beautiful but shopping and all activities were more than ten miles away. Although The owner did communicate promptly at the beginning and responded to two of four questions I asked by email she failed to answer several subsequent calls and messages. We overall had a good time and would consider coming back. Diane Adler

Heavenly!!!!
Very secluded, peaceful & quiet. You don’t hear anything but the sounds of the forest… the wind rustling through the trees is mesmerizing. Spent most of my stay on the deck looking out to the pond… coffee at 5:30 in the morning is perfect! Must stay here again 🙌😍

I have spent my career managing small, luxury hotels throughout New England. Castle Hill in Newport; Hidden Pond in Kennebunkport, The Winnetu on Martha's Vineyard, to name a few. I have tried to incorporate the small touches that you might find in a small, luxury hotel such as fine linens and towels, soaps and shampoos, a fully provisioned kitchen and other amenities throughout.
My husband, Paul, is the Regional Tourism Director for Plymouth County. He has been serving the visiting guest his entire career having spent 18 years at Plymouth Plantation prior to assuming his role as Tourism Director.
We absolutely love our home in Becket. It is a tranquil and inspiring respite for us and we are thrilled to share it with our guests.
We look forward to welcoming you to Fox Hollow, so named for the extremely playful pair of red fox that also call it home.
