Small house included in a large courtyard of the working grain farm, isolated in the countryside: fields and forest, easy access (1km5 from RD 837) Ground floor only, large living room with a 2-seater sofa, 4 armchairs, TV corner, A very old rustic buffet and country style table and 4 chairs. kitchen area One bedroom with French window without countryside view, 1 double bed, bathroom with shower, separate W-C sink, large dressing room. 2 courtyard terraces and open garden.
