Our Five Bedroom Villa + Den is 5,417 Sq. Ft. expanding to 8,871 Sq. Ft. with the outdoor living area. This villa contains a main house with four full bedrooms and 4.5 baths, a private entrance, exterior Den with outdoor seating and courtyard with swimming pool which leads to the main living room, dining room and kitchen all delicately decorated in soft tones not to distract from the beauty of the ocean. A standalone, one bedroom
and one bath guest pavilion is also included. An ocean front terrace leads to an infinity edge pool, sunken outdoor lounge with fire feature, and staircase to swim platform that includes an overwater hammock, ideal for relaxation and tanning.
