Great condo!

The stay was great. Especially for the price. Great working washer and dryer. Clean. Easy shuttle service right outside. There were a few dirty dishes- looked like they’d gone through the dishwasher, just didn’t come clean. Not the best kitchen supplies, but had everything for cooking meals. We’d stay again for sure!

This home was disgusting. The bed sheets had stains and smelled The master bathroom sink was covered in toothpaste from previous use The dishes were dirty The towels were washed but left in the dryer for us to fold but they charge for cleaning? The AC nor heat worked in the home. I do not recommend this home for anyone unless it’s an emergency. It was supposed to be $133 a night and came out to $300 a night which was not a big deal until we got there only to realize how disgusting the place is and how un taken care of the home was.

Nice location for family but be flexible

Family of 4 plus one infant. Location was good for snow boarding and everyone had their own bed but bring your own pillow as those in unit are worn out. Water heater could not support 2 showers at once. Fireplace did not work at all. When we called we were told that there was a code issue. Kitchen will stocked with plates and silverware but a hodgepodge of cooking utensils making homemade meals difficult. All manageable but dog lovers heads up. The overview of location mentioned dog friendly but this unit refused dogs. Sent email to confirm and told no but found dog bowls stored in closet.

Expedia said dogs were okay. I even have a screengrab of it. Vacasa who did most of the communicating said that was against their policy when I sought clarity a few days before leaving for Angel Fire. I tried to get it sorted out before leaving town but to no avail. The person I spoke with seemed aggravated that I was frustrated. I booked this very blah condo well in advance BECAUSE I needed to bring my two small dogs. Then right before I left I was stuck finding a place for them to stay AT MY EXPENSE because by this time, the room was non-refundable. I spoke to two different Vacasa people who acted like someone would help me but they didn't. The TV also did not work. I put in a call about that and was told by Vacasa that someone local would be calling me about it within the hour. That never happened. The sheets were like muslin, the whole place looks like it hasn't been touched since 1972. Just so not worth it. You can do better, Expedia AND Vacasa.

Wonderful!!!

Absolutely loved this condo! Very cozy and comfortable. Easy access. It even has a lockable, heated storage unit on bottom floor to store ski gear. Condo is perfectly located for snow skiing.

We appreciated a clean, affordable, dog-friendly place for our family getaway. There are not many windows to enjoy the view through but it was a great price so we were happy with our choice to stay. Recommend Snowfire :)

I would rate it a zero if I could. Horrible experience

First of all tried to get a hold of owner or management prior to booking with some questions. Called every place I was able to and sent messages but no one ever got back to me. Property is very dated which we were already there so tried to enjoy it. They charge you a ridiculous amount which includes a cleaning fee which is ok but yet as soon as we enter and moved the old ottoman we see cereal, raisins and a couple of toys which I'm guessing were from a guest prior to our stay. But I just thought ok no big deal until I go to master bedroom looking for pillow cases in the chest just to find more trash in one of the drawers. But the worse part was when I turned the sofa into a bed my toddler and I had really bad allergies I'm guessing they don't do any cleaning so we had to leave a 3am because my son was not able to sleep due to his bad allergies. So our weekend plans canceled. They charge you a cleaning fee yet the place is filthy I don't get it. They claim in the website a clean place and you get the complete opposite. Wish the owner would have the decency to reach out to us and give us a partial refund for all the inconvenience we went through. One thing please just read reviews before booking and safe yourself a horrible stay.

Would not stay here again.

As a rental property owner at another ski resort town I would never turn the water heater off in order to save a little energy and a few bucks per month. After arriving late we wanted to shower before bed and couldn’t figure out why there was no hot water. After learning the protocol it was too late so we just went to bed. Speaking of bed the King bed is rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. Bedding is ratty and old. The place is very outdated and could use a refresh. A $20 new toilet seat wouldn’t be a bad idea. Master bath doesn’t drain so we got to bath in dirty water. Absolutely would never stay here again. For the price we paid we expected much better.

Perfect weekend ski getaway

Clean, warm and cozy. We had a great time here with our two young kids (6 and 3). The appliances are very dated but work fine for the most part. As another reviewer stated, however, the microwave does not work. The location is great and the shuttle service is extremely frequent and reliable. We would definitely stay here again.

Good for us!

The place was spacious and clean. Easy to find, too. The complex was quiet. My kids felt like we were in an episode of Stranger Things because of the 80s feel. All appliances worked -we made meals - and the kitchen was well stocked. I would stay here again.

Smelly towels! Microwave didn’t work, blinds kept getting stuck, tv in bedroom didn’t work. Very dark and gloomy, angel Fire is beautiful though and that’s what we tried to focus on.
