Only steps to the grounds of the famous and newly renovated Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay Hotel on the North Shore. We are a Legal Vacation Rental.

The condos are Surrounded by Two Beautifully manicured golf courses (Fazio * and the famous Palmer) and Beautiful Ocean all are just Steps away. You can enjoy RESORT living with all the comforts of home.

The Famous Surf Breaks and Beaches on the North Shore are here in what is called " The 7 Mile Miracle" This has all the famous north shore surf breaks such as, Waimea Bay, Pipeline, Sunset Beach etc. A must see!

. This is a Larger two-story unit that offers the privacy of NO unit above or below you.

Feel the spaciousness of staying in this condo that has luxurious high ceilings with 2 FULL bedrooms (each equipped with A/C) patio doors and windows that allow fresh air and light, in addition there is an open-air loft with 2 twin size beds facing the golf course.
Open the doors and windows and Enjoy the Ocean and Mountain Breeze. Be a part of the sunset as you sit on the grass in a lounge chair just feeling the vibe of Hawaii! The lanai is screened in with double opening doors (a must at night).

We are a floor level entry unit, with free parking (1 private & 1 guest) just steps away. This will allow you to bring in groceries, luggage and beach supplies, etc. into the unit with ease. We are located close to the 1st of 3 pools, which is great if you plan on BBQing pool side.

Security is provided 24 hours; you will feel safe and comfortable.

Tennis courts & Pickle ball, famous Lei Lei's Bar and Grill are just steps away. Within minutes you will be at the hotel with lots of private lagoons for surfing, snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach. Turtle Bay hotel has Roy's restaurant on the beach, The Mai Tai bar pool side where you can watch surfing and gorgeous sunsets.

The North Shore is filled with a diverse of restaurants and Food trucks! Experience golfing, walking, bike riding or horseback riding along the MANY TRAILS along the beaches of famous Kawela Bay and the private beaches of Marconie's. This condo has a full and complete kitchen. Grocery stores are nearby. We have everything you need for you to enjoy yourselves and lots of tropical sunshine! This is an amazing condo, in a quiet location. Close to snorkeling, fun in the sun, pools, food and fantastic shoreline to see tide pools. Cindy is so amazing and a great host. The condo has everything you need to have for an amazing vacation.

The location was perfect! The ability to relax in a peaceful setting made our vacation that much better. There is no air conditioning in the main living area, which includes the loft. The cross breeze was great during the day but it warmed up when you closed during the overnight hours. Overall, we loved this place!

Loft was very hot as no AC other than bed rooms. Didn’t realize third bedroom was an open loft. Unit is old and tired, very out of date and felt dirty. Living area very cramped. Didn’t spend much time at the unit or the resort, so not a great value as amenities were not used.

We are all so extremely grateful to have found this perfect slice of paradise. You couldn't ask for a better location - all the convenience and luxury of Turtle Bay at a much more affordable price. Cindy is a dream to work with - very responsive and understanding. The house was clean and comfortable. Don't sleep on dinner and drinks at Sunset Bar! Unforgettable sunsets and the nicest staff. If you are looking for a condo on the North Shore this condo had everything you need! Bed’s were very comfortable and both bedrooms were equipped with A/C units. The location offered a nice breeze so the bedroom a/c units were not used during our visit. Ceiling fans throughout condo were appreciated. The pool was very close to this unit. I also appreciated the screened front door and large Lanai that was completely screened in. If I ever need to stay on the North Shore again, I have this condo bookmarked!

How wonderful to wake up in the morning , Brew a Full pot of coffee, open the refrigerator and make your desired choice of breakfast, lunch or dinner with a full kitchen . In the evening have your Wine , Beer or Soda and not pay the resort PRICE! Just kick back and choose what you would like to cook . Watch the sunset or go out to eat at the many ,many restaurants or food trucks ( this can be really fun and BYOB). This unit is only a walk away from easy decisions. Eat out or Stay in !
