Located in Gujan-Mestras, on the Bassin d'Arcachon and on the edge of the Landes forest in Gironde, our holiday apartment is close to all amenities.
"DUNE" is a very bright, brand new accommodation of 32 m2, on the ground floor, on owner's private land with independent entrance and parking space in front of the accommodation, in a very quiet residential area.
Ideal for a single couple or a small family (2 adults and 2 children maximum).
"DUNE" has 2 other twin accommodations right next to "FORET" (ad 1452191) and "OCEAN".

RENTAL EQUIPMENT:
- Separate bedroom with double bed 140 and bathroom: large shower, sink, wc.
- Equipped kitchen: gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge.
- Living room and kitchen area: sofa bed (Clic-Clac type) with bedding for children, flat screen TV.
- Closed courtyard with terrace area, parasol, gas barbecue, 2 deckchairs
- 1 vehicle parking space in front of the rental.

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
Charges included: water, electricity, heating for the winter.
At your disposal: washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner.

NOT INCLUDED, TO BE PROVIDED
- Sheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases and bolster cover.
- Tourist tax (0.55 euros per day and per person, children under 18 free)

SERVICES OFFERED WITH SUPPLEMENTS:
- Cleaning at the end of your stay (35 euros)
- With linen provided: sheets, towels, tea towel. (15 euros / bed and 10 euros / children's sofa)
- Adult bikes subject to availability on request (no price, depending on your assessment)

Rental duration and Prices:
- Weekly rental: arrival on Saturday from 4 p.m., departure on Saturday before 10 a.m. (high season)
- Rental per night, minimum 2 nights outside the July / August period.
- Weekend rental possible.
During the rental, a deposit of 150 euros will be requested on arrival (not cashed) and an inventory will be made.
