Nice house with private pool and its amazing view on a charming quiet village

We welcome you on this beautiful villa facing the typical Provence village of Flayosc only 7km from the city of Draguignan.
This comfortable villa and its unique panoramic view on the whole valley and little village of Flayosc will charm you.
Enjoy your stay in the pool or sunbath to the sound of cicadas. You can also take your meal on the covered terrace facing the village!
Only 10min away by foot you will discover the typical village of Flayosc with its church and fountain. A bakery, small supermarket, post office, pharmacy... and of course several restaurants are nearby. There's also a children's playground and the usual game of Pétanque (french game of bowls).
Situated between the gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Gorges du Verdon in Provence there are many other breathtaking areas for you discover:
- Take a walk in the medieval villages of Les Arcs, Tourtour or in the Thoronet's abbey,
- Go take a look to the famous Chagall's fresco in Sainte-Roseline,
- Taste the wine production in the many wineyard domains in Provence (Château de Berne, Sainte-Roseline, ...)
- Go grab some olive oil directly from the Mill of Flayosquet,...

Peacefully and privately located house, with a lovely view over Flayosc and the valley below.

We can highly recommend staying in this house and we have been here twice. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. There are four large bedrooms, all with air conditioning that works very well.A big garden surrounds the house, along with a large swimming pool where you can enjoy the beautiful view across the valley. Flayosc town centre is small and easy to navigate, with several great restaurants.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus in den Hügeln, mit allem was man braucht und einem super tollen Pool. Der wunderschöne Ort fußläufig zu erreichen, bietet alles was man braucht. Ansonsten fährt ein Bus in das 5 km entfernte Stadt. Für Ausflüge benötigt man ein Auto, um ans Meer zu kommen dauert es circa eine Stunde. Sonst kann man auch den Zug aus dem 20 Minuten entfernten Bahnhof in Richtung Nizza oder Marseille nehmen. Wunderschöner und ruhiger Ort, wir haben es sehr genossen.

Amazing house in beautiful surroundings

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole's beautilful house just 5 minutes' walk from the lively village of Flayosc with lots of restaurants, a couple of bakeries and small supermarkets. The house itself is comfortable and stylish and has a lovely terrace with wonderful views of Flayosc and the surroundings. This really made our stay truly special. The pool is also lovely and has great views. The house is situated on a steep hill which really gets your pulse up when you walk home from the village. Nicole was very helpful and kind throughout our stay, and even though she doesn't speak much English and we didn't speak much French, we managed to communicate just fine using a translation tool when necessary. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.

C'est notre 3 eme séjour, la maison est tjrs égale à elle même, la propriétaire est tjrs sympathique. Il a fait très chaud cette année donc bcp de piscine dont l'entretien a été bien suivi par la propriétaire. Seul fausse note c'est que l'air conditionné dans le salon, salle à manger et cuisine était en pannes et n'a pu être dépanné pendant notre séjour celui des chambres était en état. Ce qui est dommage c'est que nous clients nous laissons un somme d'argent en caution au cas ou nous abîmons quelque chose, mais quand le service attendu n'est pas complet il n'y a pas de geste commercial prévu pour service incomplet. Et là désolé mais un de mes premiers critères dans la recherche d'un bien locatif, c'est l'air conditionné justement pour les périodes de canicule, donc je trouve que cela ne va que dans un seul sens celui du consomateur payeur.

Super week-end prolongé

Très belle maison parfaitement aménagée, au calme. Elle est spacieuse et permet à chacun d’avoir son intimité. Les chambres sont très bien avec une literie et des oreillers confortables. Il y a 2 grandes salles de bains avec douche à l’italienne. La piscine est vraiment un plus. Notre hôtesse a été accueillante et souriante. Nous reviendrons dans cette maison avec grand plaisir. Suggestions : peut-être laisser un mémo pour les clés et mettre des rideaux occultants dans les chambres pour éviter des réveils trop matinaux.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem wunderschönen, ruhig gelegenen Haus verbracht. Nachdem man mit dem Auto die Auffahrt zum Haus hinauf gefahren ist, blickt man auf ein imposantes Haus über drei Stockwerke, im untersten Stockwerk eine Garage, darüber zwei Wohnbereiche. Es gibt ein wirklich sehr großes Wohnzimmer, mit angrenzendem Essbereich und einer offenen Küche. Weiterhin gibt es vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Alle Räume sind sehr modern eingerichtet und in der Küche gibt es alle notwendigen Utensilien, welche man sich vorstellen kann. Zudem gibt es in allen Räumen eine Klimaanlage, so dass man es auch gut bei warmem Wetter aushalten kann. Vom Wohnzimmer gibt es einen direkten Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse, von wo aus man auf den Pool runterblicken kann oder über das Dorf Flayosc schauen kann. Die nächtliche Kirchenbeleuchtung ist wunderschön. Auch der Empfang durch die Eigentümerin Nicole war sehr herzlich. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist lediglich in der Begrünung des Poolbereiches zu sehen, der doch sehr karg wirkt, was jedoch dem Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruch geben soll. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Nous venons de séjourner du 30 juillet au 09 aout 2018 dans cette superbe maison et ce pour la deuxième année concécutive. La location de cette maison vous assure calme, repos et bien être assuré, cette maison est équipé par la propriétaire comme une maison privé et non comme une maison de location rien de manque. Pour cette deuxième année nous avons constaté que la maison continue dévoluer avec de nouveaux aménagement extérieur et deux nouvelles parties ombragée. La literie est de qualité de quoi vous assurer de vrai nuit de someil et de repos car il y a la climatisation dans toute la maison et les chambres également. La région est a découvrir avec de beaux villages, marchés et coin de nature magnifique. Merci à M Francisoud de nous avoir si bien reçu, d'être discrète, bien intensionné et de bon conseil. je ne dis pas que je vais peut-être y retourner, j'en suis sûr. A très bien tôt. Famille Garofalo

Très belle maison, très bien équipée.

Très jolie maison, très très bien équipée en TOUT (surtout en vaisselle) et grand réfrigérateur adapté à la capacité de la maison! Maison très propre, très bien située, vue magnifique et très bonne literie. Espace dans la maison confortable avec climatisation performante. La piscine est bien adaptée pour les enfants et les adultes, non chauffée mais suffisamment par le soleil (28° en moyenne). La terrasse couverte est un plus car nous avons passé tous nos repas à l'extérieur. La proximité de la propriétaire n'est absolument pas un soucis, personne très discrète qui fera tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. La petite chose qui pourrait être améliorée serait les abords du jardin et des extérieurs (nouvelles maisons). Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et nos accompagnants y retournent en 2018!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette belle villa. La maison est très spacieuse et est située au calme avec une superbe vue sur le village de Flayosc. La piscine est un grand plus. -go on a nice trip in the magnificient Gorges du Verdon to go rafting, canoeing or even pedalboating on the Sainte Croix lake.
-take a boat in Cannes to visit the islands of Lérin or in Hyères to discover Porquerolles island
-go swimming in the Mediterranean sea on the famous beach beach of Pampelonne in Saint-Tropez
-take a look at the perched villages of Gassin or Ramatuelle.
-take the highway to get to Nice (85kms away) and discover the amazing village of Eze, its medieval architecture, its botanical garden and its amazing view on the bay and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat
