L’appartement est très vaste et très agréable , les 2 piscines bien entretenues , la proximité de la mer, de la boulangerie, de la supérette et des 2 restaurants est très pratique et à souligner pour la qualité du séjour.Vu que nous y étions pour 6 semaines, je déplore l’absence d’équipement (et de produits) pour le ménage (des sols en particuliers).Nous avons été privé d’internet pendant 4 jours..(on m’a dit le plan internet est du 7 au 7 chaque mois, notre arrivée le 19 et à partir du 3 au 7 à 14h pas de service…Heureusement nous avons pu nous dépanner avec les données des cartes eSIM de 2 téléphones ..

Bonjour Suzie, Merci pour votre message d'appreciation. Nous ferons mieux pour les produits de ménage. Normalement vous aviez de la lessive et du liquide pour le lave vaisselle. Dommage pour internet mais le fournisseur d'accès m a declaré du telechargement abusif (illegal) c'est pour cela que je vous avais prévenu directement. Vous avez rectifié le sujet et je vous en remercie, je ne devrais pas recevoir de taxe. Au plaisir de vous revoir en Guadeloupe. Lionel

Condo agréable avec beaucoup d'espace, bien situé avec les commodités d'usage, très près de la piscine et de la plage. Petit problème de climatisation à l'arrivée à cause d'un bris, mais la réparation s'est fait rapidement. Il serait bon de mentionné qu'il manque d'eau souvent le soir à St-François, une fois qu'on le sait, l'adaptation est plus facile pour les douches en soirée. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine

Magnifique !

D'abord un accueil très chaleureux par Victoria ! La propriété était impeccable et très confortable. Les accessoires ménagers sont modernes et la déco est au goût du jour. D'ici nous avons exploré toute la Grande-Terre. À la fin de chaque excursion, nous sommes revenus nous ressourcer au bord de la piscine (impeccablement entretenues). C'était parfait pour nos jeunes enfants grâce aux nombreux jouets et livres mis à la disposition des invités. Et surtout ne manquez pas de visiter la boulangerie à deux pas de l'appartement !

Comfy spacious, well equipped apartment right on a lovely little beach, ideal for a family holiday.

Lionel, the owner and Veronique who attended to us were at all times very responsive and helpful. The apartment is excellently well located, spacious, airy and exceptionally well equipped. We loved that it is right on the lovely little beach, perfect for early morning walks or afternoon swims. We enjoyed the pool at the apartment, especially after a long day's exploring these lovely islands, or snorkeling on another local beach. Some local electrical problems were attended to promptly. The main bedroom is exceptionally spacious and comfy. However the other two bedrooms with double beds both have high raised beds, which were manageable by our younger family members, but may be less accessible to more mature visitors. Overall we were very pleased with our choice of accommodation for our first weeks family holiday in these lovely islands.

Lionel nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et pleins de conseils pour profiter de notre séjour. Un appartement spacieux, très bien ventilé ( très agréable le soir de rester dans le séjour sans clim ce qui est rare en Guadeloupe ! ) et bien équipé ( Géniale la machine pour faire de l'eau gazeuse ) autant pour cuisiner que pour profiter de films en famille sur très grand écran. Une location super bien située avec la plage directement en sortant de l'appart et de très bons restos juste à côté comme "les frères de la côte" ou "chez Christine" ). Tout cela dans une résidence très bien entretenue ( espaces verts et piscines impeccables ) et très calme. On reviendra, c'est sûr !

APPARTEMENT MODERNE dans résidence en BORD DE MER

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre appartement de Saint-François. Celui-ci est très bien situé, dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue en bord de mer... que demander d'autre ? Il est spacieux et moderne, aménagé avec goût, confortable et très bien équipé. Vraiment, rien ne manque. Les photos reflètent bien la qualité de l'aménagement et de la décoration. Nous avons pu nous reposer en famille avec nos 3 enfants, et également découvrir les merveilles de la Guadeloupe tout au long de notre séjour. Merci pour cet accueil, nous retenons l'adresse et espérons y revenir l'année prochaine !
