Great House

We spent one week at this lovely house and enjoyed especially the hot tub. Just be prepared to have ants and the occasional bigger insect in the house. Chantal was the perfect hostess and we would gladly stay there again.

Clean, spacious place with a fabulous garden and pool

Beautiful place with lots of space in a protected neighbourhood. Perfect for families. Reflects excactly the pictures. Communication was great and without any problems - despit my poor French :).

An amazing vacation

The property exceeded all expectations 😄😄chantal was there to greet us and show us everything to do with the house, which was a wonderful start to our vacation The house itself was wonderful and outside was perfect and had shade and the pool was just magnificent and refreshing Each day we started with breakfast outside, followed by a dip in the pool we did explore the island but it was always so wonderful to return to the house. If we were ever to return to Guadalupe, this is the house we would want to stay in.

Trip to Saint-François summer 2022

Well located villa, easy to move around with great little restaurants. I wished that the villa came with the basic needs : paper towel, Scott towels, garbage bags etc. Needed to buy all of this and then leave it there … just feel that it could be included for the price. Also an extra set of towels would of been appreciated. Family of 5 with just 5 towels is not ideal. New sets of pillows wouldn’t be a luxe, very old and uncomfortable … not inviting for a good night sleep. Enjoyed the pool and the spa!

Know that we do everything we can to ensure that our guests are very satisfied with the services of villa ALOES. We offer the first breakfast to allow our guests arriving late to be able to eat the next morning. We also provide them with the basic necessities: toilet paper, roll of paper towel, sponge, garbage bag, dishwasher tablet to start their stay, but we do not provide all of these products for the entire stay. a tourist rental without hotel services. The villa is notably provided with bed linen, pool towels and two towels per person (one medium and one large). In case of failure or inconvenience (pillows) do not hesitate to contact our concierge who is there for our guests or leave me a message during your stay. Un très bon séjour dans ce logement d'hôte où tout le confort et les indispensables sont réunis.La piscine et la spa sont un vrai plus surtout après la randonnée à a soufrière ! L'accueil est bien fait, hôtesse très sympathique et de bons conseils.Un grand bravo à fabienne pour sa déco fait avec beaucoup de goûts. si on devait revenir sur l'île cette adresse serait à nouveau un choix pour nous

Nous avons passé 30 jours dans la villa de Valérie et nous étions comme à la maison puisque la villa possède tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, les lits sont très confortables et nous pouvions nous détendre sous le porche et dans son magnifique jardin avec piscine et spa. Ce fût un mois parfait. La gestionnaire Fabienne est très à l’écoute et réactive. Nous recommandons l’hébergement.

Super vacances dans cette villa au jardin très agréable où l'on peut observer iguanes et colibris. La maison est situee a proximité de la plage, d'une boulangerie et de très bons restaurants. Un grand merci à Chantal qui etait toujours disponible et s'est arrangee pour que notre séjour soit parfait jusqu'à nos dernieres heures avant notre retour en métropole.

Petit havre de paix

Très bien située, très bien pensée, cette maison en résidence sécurisée nous a beaucoup plu. Avec une mention supplémentaire pour le magnifique jardin. Tout est bien organisé, et Chantal qui nous a accueilli est très arrangeante. Il nous a été très agréable d'avoir quelques produits pour la maison et quelques provisions a notre arrivée.
