This location was perfect for our fall family trip. Located within walking distance to the shops and beach. Roomy for our family. Kids loved the game room. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get away to this amazing little town. I will be going back to this gem.

Walking distance to everything in Grand Marais. Great games in the basement to keep us occupied on a rainy and windy day! We had the best color tour, especially on west H58! Nice clean cabin with plenty of indoor and outdoor space!

This is an amazing place to stay across from Lake Superior and close to the beaches. Host was awesome and gave us some great tips for the area. Will most likely be back. Large open space and very cozy. Thanks for being here!!

Awesome place to stay and location! A very unique home! Plenty of space, amenities and very family friendly. Within walking distance to restaurants, beaches and other activities! The Sauna and Game Room was great! Kitchen was spacious, well equipped and a large dining room table and counter bar area with plenty of seating. Bedrooms and upstairs loft were great. There was a little balcony upstairs that gave you a nice view! Beautiful deck around the house and a great fire pit. The rock hunting in the area is great! Agate beach was a "stones throw away"!! Found agates and yooperlites! The hosts were great and answered questions right away! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Big House! The house has plenty of room for our family of six and lots for the kids to do from playing dodgeball outside to warming up in the sauna. Our kids loved the short walk to the bay with a super fun playground. We also enjoyed walking to town (just a block away!) for dinner and ice cream. We visited Pictured Rocks, Sable Falls, and the Log Slide while in town. Grand Marais is a special place and we hope to visit again!

We got this on short notice for 2 couples, and we were grateful to find a place. It would be ideal for a few more people at the price. Only complaints were only one bathroom and the bedrooms were pretty small. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay with spacious living area and game room downstairs.

Great location close to town. Plenty of room enjoyed the full basement with games.Enjoyed the loft with catwalk to small deck and enjoyed the large deck and great to sit outside enjoy the area.

Wonderful house

This was a wonderful place to stay! The house is very charming, and everything you would look for in a cottage. The location was wonderful and the host was very nice. Definitely a place I would stay again.
