This is a cozy and quiet 2/2 luxury condo nestled up in the Tucson Catalina Foothills. Great location with a beer & wine garden within walking distance, great restaurants, coffee shops & bars nearby, and access to picturesque hiking trails and waterfalls.
Guests have access to heated pool and spa tub, in-home laundry, fireplace, wi-fi, and more.
This home is located about 25 mns from the airport and less than 20 minutes from the base of Mt. Lemmon. Skiing and hiking is a popular activity in Mt. Lemmon. And for those who want a more mini-sized adventure, Sabino Canyon National Park is across the street from the home.
This area is very popular for bikers and hikers. The area is very quiet and traffic is always at a minimum.
