The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook and the farmhouse-style dining table is perfect for bringing everyone together. When you are ready to kick back and relax you can spread out on one of the comfy couches or over-sized chairs in the living area or step outside onto either one of the two balconies located on the second level. From either balcony you can enjoy an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Total of 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom is on the ground level across from the two car garage and private first floor patio. The other three bedrooms are located on the third floor along with two full bathrooms. Half bathroom located on the second floor for your convenience. This beautiful property is in a great location to make the most out of their time on the Island.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
