FIVE Flat screen TVs to watch after a day at the beach! My kids and I enjoy the convenience of the beach being so close and the restaurants and activities being within minutes away! Neighborhood is clean and relaxing giving us a real beach vacation vibe!
What makes this property unique
This is a unique townhome with over 1300+ square feet of living space and conveniently located within a six minute walk to the beach! Never worry about parking as it also has 2 assigned spaces at the front of the unit! It is strategically situation just around the corner from the heated swimming pool!
