Quiet, this 4 bedroom 135 m² villa for 8 or 10 people, recently built (2000 and 2008) located in an exceptional setting, on a 5500 m² enclosed plot with umbrella pines and oaks, part of which lawn in front of the villa around the swimming pool, a large terrace of 100 m² on two orientations with a traditional wrought iron pergola. All opening onto the lawn and a large 5.5m x 12m swimming pool. With a built-in barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven on the terrace for delicious barbecue evenings. The house offers four comfortable bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with 2 double beds (1 in 160 cm and 1 in 140cm), 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a 140cm double bed and 90cm single bunk bed. On this same floor a bathroom (single bath and a sink) with a toilet, the other bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and double sinks. A well-equipped American kitchen, refurbished in 2014/2015. A laundry cellar. A small cellar. A toilet.
A bicycle garage with three mountain bikes on request.
4 triplets = pétanque balls for a game on site.
Optional: - the owner offers you a day in the islands of Hyères Porquerolles or Port-cros aboard his motor boat for 6 people with visits to the most beautiful swimming areas and diving in mask and snorkel fins which will be provided to you , you just have to prepare your picnic basket.

Hinter dem Tor kommt man in ein kleines Paradies

Der Weg zur Villa war teilweise etwas abenteuerlich. Aber als das Tor zum Grundstück aufging, war alles vergessen. Man kam wirklich in ein kleines Paradies. Wie auf den Bildern.Sehr schönes angelegtes Grundstück. Der Pool ist Mega. Die Poolbar perfekt. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten- sowohl im Schatten als auch in der Sonne. Der Pizzaofen war auch ein echtes Highlight.Die Küche war auch bestens ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieter Pascal & Rosi waren stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.Ein rundum gelungene Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Es war genau so wie in der Beschreibung von FEWO Das Haus ist bildschön, der Garten sensationell, riesen gross mit vielen Bäumen, der Pool genial 5,5 x 12,0 Meter Eine Bar mit Kühlschrank und Elektrogrill direkt am Pool, wunderbar. Dieses Anwesen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber Pascal und Rosy haben uns sehr herzlich Empfangen, vielen vielen Dank für alles.

Superbe séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison au calme (à 5mn d'une boulangerie et d'un supermarché) . Pascal et Rosy sont de supers hôtes, de bons conseils et tjs disponibles. La maison est fonctionnelle, spacieuse, très bien entretenue, très bien équipée pour un séjour en famille (nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants) . La piscine, le cadre splendide ... Tout était parfait et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir !

We can simply say that our holiday at the beautiful villa was absolutely perfect.

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, aber alles an dem Anwesen ist perfekt. Der Pool ist super gepflegt und der Garten ein Traum. Direkt am Pool ist eine Poolbar die mit Kühlschrank und auch Kochfeld ausgestattet ist. Das ganze Haus ist komplett ausgestatttet und alles vorhanden, selbst eine Küchenmaschine zum Backen ist vorhanden. Doppeltüriger Kuhlschrank mit ICE-Maker, Nespresso Maschine, Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster und genügend Töpfe und Pfannen. Der Check-In lieg ohne Probleme und unkompliziert ab. Das Haus hat eine Alarmanlage die leicht zu bedienen ist. Es gibt einen Gasgrill und einen Pizzabackofen mit allem notwendigen Zubehör. Pascal und Rossi haben uns herzlich empfangen und wir möchten uns bei Ihnen für den tollen Urlaub in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus ganz herzlich bedanken.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen

Das sehr gut gepflegte Ferienhaus bietet fast jeden Komfort. Das Anwesen ist eingebettet in eine schöne Landschaft abseits der Hektik der größeren Städte. Der nahegelegene Ort ist einige Fahrminuten entfernt. Hier findet man einen Supermarkt, Restaurants, Weinhändler, Touristenbüro usw. Sehr gut genutzt haben wir den Swimmingpool. Dieser wurde wöchentlich vom Vermieter gepflegt. Obwohl wir kein Französisch sprechen, kamen wir mit dem Vermieter sehr gut zurecht. Das Anwesen liegt zwar etwas abseits, bietet sich aber als guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Nizza, Monako, Saint-Tropez usw. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und komplett eingezäunt. Es war ein idealer Ort um einmal zur Ruhe zu kommen. Danke Pascal

Très bel endroit

Maison très confortable, spacieuse, très bel environnement et bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et de bons conseils. Une sortie en bateau à tout juste était un grand moment. Aucun souci pour recommander cette maison et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vacances Géniales !!!!!

On ne peut pas résumer nos vacances en un seul mot , tout a été incroyable, magnifique, surprenant. Cette maison est irréprochable tant sur la propreté que les équipements mis à notre disposition, la piscine ... un rêve !!!!!!! Cette fantastique maison est située dans une région magnifique, au calme, bercée par le chant des cigales. Nous avons profité d'une journée en bateau, proposée par Pascal, qui a été le clou de nos vacances. Nous avons pu faire le tour de l'île de Porquerolles, vu des endroits remarquables, avons pu se baigner dans des eaux cristallines, nos 3 enfants en ont été émerveillés. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux, avenants et d'une incroyable gentillesse, nous vous remercions pour cette semaine de pure bonheur Merci A ceux qui liront ce commentaire, n'hésitez à louer cette villa, vous ne le regretterez pas !!!!!

Magnifiques vacances !

Magnifique maison très propre, très bien entretenue, conforme aux photos, voire encore plus belle dans la réalité !!! Un petit coin de paradis, sous les pins, bercé par le chant des cigales ! Un hâvre de paix pour se reposer, mais bien placé pour zoner dans cette belle région (proximité des gorges du Verdon, de Ste-Maxime, etc...) ! Sans oublier la discrétion, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Pascal et Rosy qui nous ont permis également une journée inoubliable sur leur bateau ! Bref de merveilleux souvenirs pour ces vacances 2015. Un grand merci de la part de Chris, Maxence, Gilles, Corinne, et la petite Jade, sans oublier le chien Doudou qui a beaucoup apprécié les 5500 m2 de terrain pour s'ébattre ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour tous les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité !
