Great location beautiful views very handy for the supermarket, bars restaurants and paloma park.

We had a good experience, the flat is nice and bright, TV had all the English stations plus free WiFi and a good sized balcony with great views of the gardens and the sea, the beds were very comfortable, there is no air conditioning in the bedroom that could be an issue in high summer.

Udany pobyt w Benalmadenie

Apartament przede wszystkim doskonale położony jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta, blisko do dobrego supermarketu, sklepow, przystanku, barów i restauracji, plaża już trochę dalej, w granicach 15 minutowego spaceru. Wewnątrz wszystko co potrzebne, klimatyzacja, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia , a nawet pralka. Czystość również na plus. Ładny widok z balkonu, okna od zacisznej strony. Mały minus za nieduży metraż apartamentu, przy 2 osobach dorosłych i dwójce dzieci było nam odrobinę ciasno. Generalnie polecam, bardzo fajny apartament za atrakcyjną cenę.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. It was well situated for bars and train station.

We enjoyed our stay and was happy with the apartment. The owner was easy to contact and replied to queries very promptly. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The garden area was very nice and the swimming pools very good. Our only complaint would be that the swimming pools closed on 30th September, we were unaware of this beforehand.

Kære Emanuell, Tak for at vi måtte leje din lejlighed, den fungere rigtig godt med en dejlig terrasse, men vil lige sige at blæseren i soveværelset ikke virker, så der var meget varmt, hvis den virker en anden gang kommer vi gerne igen. Kærlig hilsen Charlotte og Ib.

dommage l'appartement pourrait être bien s'i y avait un peu plus de note de propreté au niveau des différents appareils électro-ménagers : le four de la gazinière n'avait pas été nettoyé, impossible d'utiliser la cafetière car elle était tellement entartrée et sale qu'il était impossible de faire un café; idem pour la bouilloire; sans parler des différents pots renfermant le sel ou le sucre par exemple qui étaient plus que poussiéreux ! Par-contre, au niveau literie très bien .

Clean, beautiful decorated and central

This was lovely apartment. Location was great for everything we wanted. It was clean and beautiful decorated. Everything u would need for cooking (although not much cooking was done lol) lots of surrounding bars and restaurants and supermarket also. It has 2 single beds and a sofa bed. We decide to give up the beds for the 2 teenagers and only downside was that the sofa not too comfortable for 2 adults but we managed. Highly recommend it. Would defo return in the future.

Citycentralt med utsikt och wifi!

Perfekt läge i Arroyo de la Miel/Benalmadena som vi tog till våra hjärtan. Utmärkt utsikt från den lilla balkongen där vi åt frukost varje dag. Wifin gillade vi och det var en bra uppkoppling både för arbete och för att vi kunde titta på vår egen betal TV på våra datorer. Vi har kompletterat med två äggkoppar för det saknades.

Have just spent five weeks in this lovely apartment , it has everything you could possibly want , really good quality kitchen items . Although we did not meet with owner he answered all queries at once via email . From booking to leaving apartment everything went very smoothly thanks to owner . Apartment rental

We stayed in a hotel in Benalmadena in the summer but wanted to try something different so we rented an apartment this time. Glad we did, the apartment was very comfortable and in an ideal position for the town, railway station and the beach. I think the owner hasn't had the apartment very long so obviously wants to upgrade it but we really enjoyed our stay and will do it again.

Did what it said on the tin

Stayed at the apartment from 14th July to 23rd July. 2 adults 1 15year old boy Booking process was simple and quick. Check in simple with a lovely lady called Mrs Paqui who whist didn't speak English managed to explain everything perfectly. Although the apartment had a few bumps and bruises it had obviously been recently updated including new fixture and fittings. The free WIFI was very useful. The kitchen whist small was fully functional and had everything thing (and more) needed for at least four people. The washing machine a great touch There is a small balcony which has nice views to the sea. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of aircon for the summer months it was very hot and even with windows open and a fan caused trouble sleeping. The facilities for the block are somewhat confusing there appears to be a long standing dispute regarding the Gym and bars including pool bar/refreshment area resulting in them all being closed. There also some bizarre rules around the pool and garden areas, for instance around and in the pool the following are not allowed No sunbeds or chairs No floating items (except arm bands etc) No towels No food or drinks No ball games of any type No diving so as long as you just want to swim its fine!!! The garden area has the same rules with the exception of towels and sunbeds which can be used Once you have adapted to that it is ok but can be boring for kids over 5. Location of apartment is great with easy access to all the major attractions by foot or short taxi ride. The walk back up the hill from the beach and marina can be tiring but plenty of stop offs. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by with all tastes and budgets catered for. A very well stocked Mercadona is less that 1min away. We enjoyed our stay and would revisit but perhaps not summer months (unless aircon was installed)

L'appartement est très bien situé à côté de tous les commerces et bars et à quelques dizaines de minutes de Malaga, Marbella, Puerto Banus. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique, nous y prenions le petit déjeuner. Pour le déjeuner et le dîner sur place, nous allions dans les restaurants de très bon rapport qualité prix à quelques minutes à pied. La décoration est soignée et l'équipement est complet. Excellent séjour. Nous y retournerons.
