80m2 apartment, completely independent and fully equipped. A functional kitchen, a living cathedral beamed, living room with panoramic views of the garden and the Ventoux; sapcieuses two rooms. A rising sun terrace for small tonic breakfasts, to West to enjoy the last rays of sun. All in a pine forest of half a hectare. A 1.5 km from the Provencal village center of the twelfth and so close to Avignon, Arles and Nimes. Taste the southern quiet Lou Roucas lulled by the cicadas singing. playground for younger children, bowling and table tennis for the larger pool for all.

Je recommande pour un repos total !Maison hyper bien équipée, avec linge de lit, linge de toilette et torchons.Piscine d'un bleu magnifique et dans la verdure, au calme. Jacuzzi le soir.Des hôtes absolument adorables, souriants.La prochaine fois, nous testerons une chambre d'hôtes dans la maison principale !

Absolutely perfect spot

We were pleasantly surprised by the place as it was much bigger than we expected. It had 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds, and one woth a double bed. We thoguht it only had one, he ceilimgs were high, which we like, especially in the heat. The living/kitchen area was more than enough for the 2 of us and 4 people would have been fine, esecially a family with 2 kids Air con was a blessing and worked really well. The pool was lovely - a good 15 metres long. The re was a barbecue we used a lot, and the kitchen is well equipped - induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machiine Owner and family charmign and helpful. They apologised for not having English TV, but we don;t go on holiday to watch TV.... The wifi is not available in the apartment, so I'd prioritise that over English TV channels - you can get it in the garden, but that is not ideal. Overall, excellent value, fine loation, great spot
