Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette propriété, la rue est passante mais pas bruyante et la propriétaire est très accueillante. Et plage ainsi que commodités à 10 minutes, Intra-Muros à 30 minutes de bus maximum. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Excellent séjour!

Maison très bien placée, à 5 min à pied de la plage. Nous y avons trouvé tout le confort recherché (y compris une bouilloire, ce qui manque dans beaucoup de maison de vacances!) La douche est spacieuse. La chambre est au calme, elle ne donne pas sur la route. La literie est confortable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute. Nous vous recommandons ce gîte!

Avec ma fille de 14 ans, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, très bien situé (Courtoisville, Thermes marins, plage de Rochebonne) et parfaitement conforme à la description. Très propre et fonctionnel. La douche est spacieuse ce qui est très appréciable lorsque l'on revient de la plage ! Les propriétaires qui habitent la maison principale sont très gentils. Bref, je recommande sans hésitation et n'hésiterai pas à relouer cet appartement lors d'un prochain séjour à Saint-Malo ! Mme E.

LOCATION T2 A ST MALO

nous avons vraiment bien apprécié cette location les propriétaires sont charmants et vraiment à l'écoute de leurs locataires. l'appartement est au pied de tous commerces, et de la plage et 20 minutes à pied de ST MALO en passant par la plage. séjour très agréable.
