C'est une maison où l'on se sent très bien dès que l'on entre. Nous étions 10 adultes et nous avions chacun notre intimité (salle de bain, toilettes...). C'est une adresse que je vais garder précieusement et recommander autour de moi. Philippe est très réactif, très agréable et nous a indiqué des bonnes adresses à visiter.

La maison est très grande. Le fait que chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de douche est très commode. Le jardin est calme, on n'entend ni route ni autoroute. Parking très utile, plages à proximité en marchant. Philippe est très gentil.

Excellent séjour à Guéthary

Excellent séjour en famille dans une maison très bien située, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, permettant une autonomie de chacun, avec un jardin fermé et sécurisé. Le parking sur place est appréciable également. Nous avons pu aller à l'océan tous les jours à pieds en 10 à 15 minutes pour la plage la plus proche, et faire de nombreuses balades au départ de la maison (Saint Jean de Luz, Guéthary, Bidart). Merci à Philippe pour les échanges, la flexibilité, les prunes du jardin, et les indications sur les activités. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir!

conformes aux photos ET encore mieux! Nous étions six couples en grand we , nous nous sommes régalés. Philippe , LE propriétaire est arrangeant plein de conseils et astuces pour visiter le pays basque. LA maison est idéale pour un groupe de 12 ET très bien située. Superbe séjour

Maison très fonctionnelle avec 6 chambres, chacune avec sdb et wc privatifs. Tout est mis à disposition pour passer de très bonnes vacances, l'équipement est complet et la maison parfaite pour accueillir une douzaine de convives. Philippe et sa famille ont été très disponibles pour notre arrivée, faire découvrir la région à nos amis, un grand merci pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil. Bref, rien à redire et on espère revenir l'an prochain!
