This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and hot tubs. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There's a DVD player for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, with mountains in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with one additional seat at the breakfast bar. The full bathroom features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Place was perfect for us. Great location and amenities. Could use some minor TLC to the coffee maker (the valve didn’t work until you lifted the carafe), fridge shelving (bottom shelf was missing), oven mitts (non existent), pizza cutter (was broken) and fire place (didn’t seem to work).

Check in process a breeze! Plenty of space for 2 to 4 ppl. Comfortable basics. Silver Mill building is a great location and easy walk to the lift. Love having the ski locker and parking garage. Have stayed in 3 diff units in SM and we would rent this unit again.

Cozy and quiet mountain cabin vibes!

Directions to check in were super easy to follow, was able to check in without having to go to front desk or talk with anyone. Right next to keystone resort, which is super nice since after along day of skiing because the last thing you want to do is walk or drive very far. Very cozy inside, cute outdoor themed decorations. There is a small, quiet hot tub area outside the complex, which is super nice for an evening post-ski soak. I would deffinetly reccomend this rental and would for sure stay here again!
