Very nice clean, top floor condo, conveniently located near all river run restaurants and Gondola. Spa and pool are located next door. The room stayed very warm all night despite windows open and fan going. Bed is comfortable but could use some upgraded pillows. Overall very happy with our stay

We rented this condo for the Bluegrass & Beer Festival. This was perfect for the two of us! It's nice to be so close to the action in River Run. There were fewer dishes and glasses in this unit than in others we have rented of the same size, so if you are particular about your bourbon glass, pack your own! Overall the kitchen had what we needed. Note that there isn't a window in the bedroom, but there is a door to the balcony. There's no screen but also no bugs, so we could have it open and with the small fan it cooled down nicely.

Nice, clean, and great location

The condo was in a great location, was clean, and a nice place to stay. I will look to book again next time we visit. Communication with the property manager was also great. They quick to answer and helpful.

Great for getaway to Keystone

The property was spotless and right in the heart of Keystone. Perfect for a summer getaway or ski vacation. Bed and shower were much better than the norm for a short term rental. Highly recommended.

Stop over stay

The property was as stated and very good detailed instructions for pick up of the key. Since we had a long drive to get there, it was nice that the eating establishments were very close within a 3 minute walk.

Perfect location for the Bluegrass and Beer Festival

What an awesome place! Everything we needed was just a few steps away. The music venue was awesome, and we were so happy to be staying right in the middle of it all. We appreciated getting to park in the garage early. Check in was easy and efficient. We want to come back!

The elevator was broken the entire trip, making it difficult to manage our ski gear in and out of the condo.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the elevator outage made transporting your ski gear more challenging during your stay. We’d like to clarify that guests were notified prior to arrival that the building elevator was out of service. Unfortunately, the elevator is a common-area amenity managed by the HOA and is entirely outside of our control, and the repair timeline has continued to be delayed with very limited updates provided to us. We would also like to note that ski lockers are available on the lobby level for guest use, which can help avoid carrying equipment up and down the stairs. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your understanding.
