Great Location.

My daughter and I only stayed on night. We loved the location. Close to the lifts, restaurants and ice skating. Hot tub was nice and the pool was warm enough to stay in for a while on a cold night. The condo was clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

No one at management company cared to help.

We normally rent the condo down the hall (it was unavailable) but this condo was a great substitute.We had a couple of small issues (remote wouldn’t work for the tv) but they we fixed the same day.We have rented from summit county rentals for years and they have always provided great service.

Perfect Ski Weekend Rental

Lots of walkable amenities, plenty of space to lounge when not in the slopes. Ski lockers and hot tub are great touches! It was also very clean and well maintained!

Murphy bed and master bed are memory foam, which we liked. The unit was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

My only suggestion is the sheets were not very soft and the pillows were ok. It would have been nice if the King bed had a comforter.

We very comfortably slept 4 but certainly could've slept more. The location absolutely can't be beat. All beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels to go around. Unfortunately we didn't get to try out the hot tub, but it looked great. A perfect weekend getaway.

Keystone experience

The condo was very clean and updated. The check in process was actually very easy. You go to a specific location to get a packet for your stay. Very easy. Our unit was even ready earlier than the 4:30 time that was in the rental agreement. Summit County Mountain Retreats did a great job! Once you park, you don’t have to leave. Relax and enjoy everything River Run has to offer. Laundry is 1 floor down if you need to wash clothes. Cheap and fast as well. Overall, this was a great experience for our whole family!

Beautiful condo, great location!

It's a great condo. Very clean and comfortable. Both the main king mattress and the murphy bed queen mattress have firm memory foam pads on them that are pretty comfortable. My husband didnt sleep as well due to the firmness but I was good. We were grateful for two humidifiers to use while sleeping, as it's super dry in Keystone. There are also several big box fans we used to pull in the cool outside air, which was great due to there being no AC. (We stayed in July and the unit was definitely quite warm, being 5th floor. But we were comfortable.) The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The pool and large hot tub were wonderful! Would stay here again. Very positive experience.

Loved the beanbag chair under the skylight. Spent a lot of time there looking at the clouds. Beds were super comfortable! Pool and hot tubs were located on 1st floor and have a beautiful view of the mountains.Only negatives were the screen door wouldn’t open and close. The elevator in building sounded like it was breaking when it got to the 5th floor.This was the second time I booked a place with Summit and have good experiences both time. Highly recommend.

Extremely dirty and unsanitary conditions

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing with beautiful views. There was a dirty toilet bowl wand and plunger dripping brown along the wall and floor. The spare blankets in the closet were dirty and piled on top of a dusty vacuum and dirty broom and the kitchen was full of glasses that were covered with lipstick marks. Furthermore there is a strict 5pm check in and 10am check out so you are paying for an extremely short stay. Unresponsive and incredibly rude management team running this apartment.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and the views this property has to offer. We are sorry that you did not enjoy the rest of your stay. These complaints were brought to our attention after the guest checked out. The guest did not have any photos of the cleaning issues they reported. However, we require all of our housekeepers to take photos of the property after they have completed cleaning the unit and we do not have any evidence of the guests claims either. Furthermore, looking at our records our staff was never in direct contact with these guests at they were using their 3rd party booking site to contact us about the issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect. Clean, updated, well appointed. The location is perfect, as it is just next to the village, so walking to the gondola, or to get food, etc. is just a few steps. Observations:1. Dedicated indoor parking in a heated garage is an amazing feature.2. There is only one elevator, so it can get crowded at times. Just remember, you are on vacation. 3. The management company was excellent. We had two minor issues, and both were resolved with a simple text message. A humidifier and the hair dryer died mid week and both were replaced within an hour.4. The view is fantastic, especially if you like people watching with your morning coffee.5. The mattresses were great. For reference, we are a family of three.
