Ideal location close to all shops, just accessible on foot, as well as leisure activities (diving, water skiing, tennis, horse riding and hiking, via ferrata, boat rental ...).
Quiet and family neighborhood.
Easy beach access also feet, about 300m.
25min from the port of Ajaccio, 15/20 min from the airport.
Semi-detached house on fenced and wooded with electric gate and large area of shaded or sunny terraces to enjoy sunbathing and outdoor dining.
It is organized on two floors:
DRC:
- large main room with open kitchen fully equipped. Living room-dining room with TV corner sofa bed
- Laundry
- Separate toilet
- 1 double bedroom with plenty of storage space
- 1 shower room
