Located in the award winning family resort, HILTON HEAD BEACH &TENNIS RESORT that has it all - including HHI’s biggest oceanview pool, beach bar, award winning sports bar, secure free wi-fi, free world class tennis courts, 12 pickleball courts with open play, fitness room and bike rentals on site.

Our 2 bedroom condo, 2 fully renovated bathrooms, with a luxurious walk in shower in master bath, and beautiful new tub with tile surround in guest bath is the perfect setup for you and your family or friends. The kitchen with new quartz countertops, flooring, stove and dishwasher, is fully stocked so you can prepare meals.

If you prefer, there are several eating options on the resort including Coconutz, voted #1 sports bar on Hilton Head with HHIs best Buffalo Chicken wings voted 5 years, Gatorz NEW Coffee shop with coffee, muffins, breakfast sandwiches and more, or Jamaica Joe’z Beach bar, which offer a variety of food and beverages for pool or beach.

Very clean, beautifully decorated 1st floor condo (few steps up). Kitchen includes everything you need. The property Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is convenient to everything. Has large pool and private beach access.

Nice condo at HH Beach and Tennis with beach decor and upgraded bathrooms on the main floor. Kitchen had good amenities but needs more towels so you use less paper towels. I thought master bed was comfortable but my wife tossed and turned a lot. Owner doesn’t change quilts on beds after every guest and one was visibly dirty but she had clean ones in the closet. Floors needed mopping as they made our feet very dirty so we wore shoes inside. Cleaning staff could do better in our opinion.

It had everything there and did not have to leave the resort for anything unless we wanted to! Great condo unit with everything to cook with and even had beach toys! Kids loved the bunk beds!

Absolutely loved the property and all the amenities. We felt like it was a home away from home and I will be booking again provided it’s available. Beach week

The property was exactly as listed, it’s a short walk away from the pool and beach. The pool is ocean front and there’s ice cream and snow cones on the board walk there. The property is fully stocked with everything you need to live comfortably during your stay. We really enjoyed it.

Vacation at Hilton Head

We enjoyed our stay at the condo: it was clean, well stocked, with comfortable beds. Condo is located on the first floor, within a walking distance to the ocean (3-5 minute walk across the parking lot). The owner is very responsive and helpful; she promptly answered all of my questions.
