Nice One Bedroom & Loft & Two Bath Condominium in the Scenic Meadow Area of Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 6 (approx. 1100 Sq. Ft). This spacious 2 story unit has vaulted ceilings and you walk up one flight of outside stairs to enter the unit. Corner unit is bright with lots of windows to let the light in and is near the pool/spa area of the complex. First floor is the Bedroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and 1 Full Bathroom. The second floor is the Loft and the 2nd Full Bathroom. The Loft is open to the living room by a half wall. The Master Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed. The Loft has 1 set of Bunk Beds with 1 Full Bed on the bottom and 1 Twin Bed on the top. The Living Room has a Queen Foldout Couch. There are 2 TV`s, 1 in the Living Room & 1 (flat screen) in the Bedroom, as well as DVD and stereo/CD players in the unit. Wireless Internet access in the unit. This cozy unit is tastefully decorated with mountain cabin style furnishings and newer carpet & laminate flooring throughout. There are two outside parking spaces available. Sunrise Condominiums offer a Spa, Seasonal Swimming Pool and Sauna. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET and CABLE TV are provided, however NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure. TOT LICENSE 807-0020

Great location - needs more hot water

We loved this condo for its size and convenience. It was clean and pretty much as listed. One suggestion is they need a better hot water heater. For our family of 4, only 2 of us would get warm showers, the other 2 had cold showers.

Overall nice place

Nice complex not too far from Eagle Lodge and the Vons . Well maintained and convenient. Nothing extraordinary but overall really nice and easy to navigate place if your coming up to mammoth

Great Stay!

Rental met expectations. It was clean and had all the amenities one would expect. Short drive to the slopes - a plus. Instructions were well documented and conveyed. Would rent again!

Great Condo

Really enjoyed the layout of this condo. The open loft area had its own bathroom and shower and bunk beds which was awesome for the two boys. Downstairs the main bedroom was plenty big (The bed was a little small for two). The only possible negatives would be a smaller than normal bed (its a double bed)in the master and unable to use the fireplace due to all the wood on the patio being encased in ice. (Thats the price of a big winter)The heater in the condo worked great and kept it warm but a fire is always nice. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.
