One Bedroom & 1 Bath Condominium in town near the Sierra Star Golf Course and the shuttle route to the Eagle Lodge Express Ski Lift Area in Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 4. Ground Floor unit.The Master Bedroom has 1 King Bed and there is a separate sleeping alcove between the entrance and the living room with 1 set of Twin Bunk Beds. Woodburning Stove in the Living Room. Wifi Internet Access in the unit. You enter the unit from the ground floor and it is all one level. There are 2 outside parking spaces available. There is a game room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and a video game in the lobby of the Sunshine Village condos. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex and a Tennis Court near the swimming pool at Sunshine Village. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET and CABLE TV are provided, however NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure. TOT LICENSE 807-0102

Condo rental

We were very disappointed in this property. It was dirty! Several things were broken, which I reported. It was not well stocked in the kitchen area (pots, pans, bowls, etc.) We have stayed in other units in the Sunshine Village group of condos which were fine! This one was not fine and will be sure not to stay in this unit again!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. Near stores and shuttle. The only issue was the TV does not work. I called central reservations of mammoth just like they want folks to do if there is a problem. They never called back. If TV is important to you - think twice.

It's dated, but clean and great location

First of all, we enjoyed the place and it met our needs. For the price is as-expected, I am here to ski, not luxuriate in a condo. But here are the bare facts for those who might prefer something more: The decor is dated, the floors are creaky, the fireplace fan is wildly noisy (needs new) the kitchen outfitting is so/so (good coffeemaker though), the toilet is vintage lowboy, the showerhead is at neck height lol, bunk bed is lumpy and the master is *very* firm, light switches and outlet placement is kinda wonky, and the smoke alarm was missing (kinda important!?) Again, we were fine with this. The place was spotless, the hot tub and sauna nearby were great, the appliances were functional, the heat worked. We slept, cooked, and skied, showered, repeat. If you don't require fancy this place was perfect for the money.
