SEAVIEW GREAT ESCAPE at Seaside Beach: Seaview Condominiums is an ocean front luxury property in Seaside. This three bedroom oceanfront townhouse is located on the first and second floors, offering direct beach access from the home and giving guests a breathtaking view of the coastline stretching from Washington to Tillamook Head. The master suite has a Queen bed and it's own private bath. Another room has 2 twins and 1 has a queen bed. Upstairs has a day bed with a trundle that shares the office space. This home is located on the north end of the Prom and is an easy 10-minute walk to Broadway and all the dining and fun that downtown has to offer. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure. The place is very well maintained, it has great security, and they were always available to communicate with. Seaside was a great place for a relaxing no hassle Thanksgiving several great choices for dinner, and some shops and the arcade were open on Thanksgiving so after some fun on the beach we continued warmer fun inside.
We have stayed at this condo twice now with family, and it is one of our favorites! The bedrooms are larger than you'd expect, the beds are comfy, the master ensuite is fabulous, and you can't beat the views from the upper balcony and the ocean breeze coming through into the living room.
We loved our stay! House was so cozy and homey it was like home away from home. It is in a perfect location...we love Seaside, we walked to everywhere. We only drove 1 time in 4 days......and actually could have walked if we wanted to the Seaside Outlet Mall. You get your steps in for sure. ..but that's what you do while your at the beach. I cannot say a negative thing about the house. We so enjoyed it. Look forward to visiting in the future.

The water in the shower was barely warm to cold. More towels would have been appreciated. The hood over the stove stuck out too far on one side and was a dangerous hazard for a head or eye injury when cooking or walking in the kitchen if you are taller than 5'6. The power went out and the locked gate would not open to let you take your car out to leave to go out for dinner or something. No power to make dinner or no candles or matches for light or emergency kit. Only one flashlight. When the lights came back on for a little bit we moved our car out of the locked garage and the power went out again and locked us outside. The power was out for almost 4 hours. Very frustrating weekend. The condo was beautiful but it could have been a better experience.
