This unit is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed in! Easy to find, gracious hosts, convenient parking, with keyless entry into a luxury apartment with spectacular views.

Beautiful condo. Great WiFi and access to beach, walking, food. Easy and clear communication with the host. Can hear the ocean with the door closed! We loved every second of our stay!

Relaxing stay in a wonderful place

I was surprised of how clean and new everything was. Some towels still had tags on. Cleanliness is my number 1 criteria for selecting lodging, and this one exceeded expectations. I also appreciated the host's attentive gesture for my wedding anniversary. Our 3 year old enjoyed the puzzles and kite available in the unit. I would highly recommend!!!

Perfect Seaside Retreat: Exceeded All Expectations!

Our recent stay at this VRBO in Seaside was nothing short of extraordinary. The host was exceptional, ensuring every detail was perfect from start to finish. The home itself ranks among the best I’ve ever experienced—immaculately clean, outfitted with every amenity you could need, and featuring a bed so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location is unbeatable, situated right on the promenade and just two blocks from the iconic turnaround. But the real showstopper was the breathtaking view, making every moment at this condo a joy. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone seeking a top-notch stay in Seaside.

Summer trip

The condo was great. Overall stay was great. We were offered an extra night at a reduced rate. My wife and I were excited to take the offer, we just needed to clear it with our employers. We were told we could give an answer by Monday Afternoon. We accepted the offer Monday morning. 8 hours later, we were told that someone else had booked the condo. Apparently when host agreed to give us until Monday Afternoon, what the host meant was that we had to book right away since they couldn't guarantee availability.

Just the perfect place!

We’ve stayed in many VRBO homes over the past several years, and we have been satisfied with all of them, but this was truly our best experience. The location is wonderful. The view is amazing, and the condo is as nice as the pictures. Nothing is exaggerated. They have provided every comfort, from bedding to lighting. The balcony furniture is so nice. We were there for our 47th wedding anniversary, and we’re welcomed with chilled white wine. Communication was great. I will say, we were spoiled with crazy nice October weather. We had a wonderful stay! Spring was excellent with communication from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The condo was in pristine condition, exactly as shown in the photos, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated the little touches—like decorative lights in the bedroom, enough coffee for each day of our stay, and the amazing fireplace! The location is the best in the complex, with beautiful views of the promenade, Tillamook Head, and the coast. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. We can’t wait to come back!

by the gorgeous ocean views. Spending time in Seaside as a child are some of our most
cherished memories. We knew this was a little slice of heaven.

The unit was in need of updating and so we did our usual ... went above and beyond in
renovating it. My 30+ years of extensive knowledge in real estate combined with Mark
and I's experience in renovating homes that consumers rave about, we set out to create our vision.

We have worked hard to create a relaxing and comfortable beach home, fully stocked
with whatever we could imagine you might need to make your stay a relaxing and
memorable one.
