This masterpiece commands a stunning 6th floor penthouse location in the closest column to the ocean at the entire Honua Kai Resort. Take in the views of the azure blue Pacific, Ka'anapali's iconic Black Rock, and Maui’s neighbor islands of Lanai and Molokai from your private oasis of comfort and luxury.

Hokulani 601's interior comfort blends the resplendent charm of old Hawaii with the sophistication of modern master craftsmanship and design. This residence accommodates up to eight guests in three sumptuous king-sized beds and one queen-sized convertible sofa sleeper. For your convenience, the guest bedroom king bed can be split into two XL twin beds. Unique to Honua Kai's limited number of 3 bedroom oceanfront royal suites, each master bedroom commands breathtaking oceanfront views right from the pillows.

Your party will have plenty of room to spread out in the 2650 square foot of interior living space. The spacious open floor plan provides the perfect tropical retreat for families and friends to gather and reconnect. Vaulted penthouse ceilings enhance the experience and the expansive 1000 square foot oceanfront balcony comes with its own built-in Viking BBQ grill.

Each bedroom has an accompanying luxury bath for each party's privacy. The bathrooms are lavishly adorned with granite counters and glass and marble walk-in showers. Each master bath offers a separate elegant freestanding soaking tub. A powder room offers additional convenience.

We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the gourmet chef’s kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances including dual ovens, and a built-in wine fridge. There is plenty of space on the ample granite countertops and we have provided all the cookware & utensils for you to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment…just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the spacious ocean view balcony or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

Honua Kai occupies 38 pristine beachfront acres on the shores of Kaanapali’s North Beach so you’ll literally be just steps away from the tranquility of Maui’s shoreline. Stroll out to the beach to touch your toes in the soft sand or take a refreshing dip in the Pacific. An “Ohana Play Package” including Tommy Bahama beach chairs, BBQ equipment, and a portable cooler is provided complimentary.

Take pleasure in spending your days at the resort’s three acre aquatic playground. With four separate swimming pools, a waterslide, waterfalls, fountains, and 5 hot tubs there will be no shortage of options for you and your loved ones to enjoy.

When it is time for a bite to eat, Honua Kai is home to the popular Duke’s Beach House Restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Duke’s specializes in serving up Hawaiian inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and freshly caught seafood. Should you wish to enjoy a refreshment by the water, poolside service is available. For coffee, sandwiches, and sundries, the Whaler’s General Store is conveniently located in the Konea Tower lobby.
