A 12’x18’ deck is located directly off of the dining area and offers a gas grill, charcoal grill, picnic table and deck chairs. Drive to any number of beaches from this centrally located Mid Cape home. Window ac located in two bedrooms and living room/dining area.

The facilities were lovely and the outdoor shower was amazing after a long day of exploring. We had only 2 issues, the TV service wasn't that great and sometimes hard to navigate.the dishwasher wasn't working either.othrwise it was good for us.

We love the home it’s set up and proximity to the beach. The only issue we had this year was a couple of my children were more sensitive to the musty odor of the basement.

There are stores near by, the beaches are within a short drive and located in a great neighborhood. The neighborhood is s great place to go for walks and has friendly people. The home is roomy and holds 7 people comfortably. This is the second year my family has rented this cottage, which we love and consider our home away from the home.

Reviewer Comments: This was a nice little house that easily accomodated 2 adults in 2 separate room and 2 children sleeping in the room with a twin and a full.Locataion is ideal for what we like to do in Cape Cod - not a long drive to many of the beaches we visit. It was very quiet and peaceful! Nice, safe neighborhood.Beds were pretty comfortable. House was clean. It was a little dated perhaps, but no big deal. Water pressure was good. AC units, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster all worked well. Plumbing seemed fine, garbage pickup was easy. TV worked well too, but as in description, it only has streaming services (so you need a subscription.)This isn't a luxury house. It's great for people with young kids that don't need a super fancy place, and would rather be in a good location. It has what you need to cook some simple meals, take a nice shower, and have a good night's sleep.Some things to note: there are only 3 AC window units (queen BR, double twin BR, and dining room). Property managers were great to work with and were very responsive!Driveway is only big enough to fit one vehicle. The WIFI is very slow (although they planned to get that fixed - we were there during the July 4th week, so they couldn't get anyone out).
