Private two bedroom cottage with only 400 steps to beautiful, peaceful beaches. Full kitchen. Cottage is air conditioned and heated for year round living. One bedroom is set up with a full size bed and the second bedroom is set up with twin beds. A cot can be added to accommodate a child. Private patio on the side of the cottage. Charcoal grill is available for use. No pets allowed. Why pay for parking when the beach is only a short stroll away?

Wonderful weekend.

Everything was Absolutely perfect!The owner Donna, was so kind and made check in super easy! The cottage is adorable and is in the best location, only a 2 minute walk to the beach and also a restaurant and ice cream shop in walking distance. I can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Summer trip

We enjoyed our stay, host was easy to work with and we always have fun in this part of the cape. House was a great spot for our family to enjoy everything the Cape has to offer.

It is the perfect Cape Cod cottage. It has everything you need and more even if it rained all week staying in the best place. Everything has been easy from booking, check in, check out, etc. Host checked in a couple of times to ensure all was well. Book it!

Perfect location. Check in & out was a breeze & owners let us check in several hours early & check out 1 hour late. Full kitchen was great. House very clean. Beds are comfy. Shower is small but doable. The outside patio was private & great for morning coffee and night time cocktails. 2 parking spots were great because we towed our motorcycle & had plenty of room for our truck, trailer & harley! Cottage is bigger than it looks in photos Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 or even 5 with small children.The outside could us same tlc and landscaping that would be my only complaint.

Perfect first vacation

This was our first real vacation with our 2 kids (4 and 7) and this cottage had absolutely everything we needed. The location and proximity to the quiet beach was even better than expected. Easy driving distance to shops, places to eat/groceries, things to do and other beaches to explore. We had the best time! Would definitely book here again!

Perfect Cape Cottage

The cottage was adorable and super clean. Good sized, perfect location mid-Cape and just a short walk to the beach. Stayed 6 nights and wish I could've stayed all summer!

Wonderful Stay and Kid Approved

We had a great time. The cottage was clean and comfortable, located close to everything we needed and a quick walk to the beach, restaurant and ice cream. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Giving her own review, my 3 yr old daughter said, “This place is so nice. I love it here.” We will try to stay again another time!

A cottage that checks off all the boxes.

This cottage was very clean and was near to the beach as advertised ; a quick walk or wagon ride, if need be. We enjoyed the use of the patio and grill. The check-in/out process was easy. Knowing the owner was nearby if there were any issues is comforting. The only issue, which was an oversight on my part alone, is there is only a small stall shower which did not work out with a 19 month old. The best part was being so close to the beach. We could easily go back and forth as needed, which again was advantageous with a toddler. Restaurants and shops were in close proximity, mostly by car. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this location.

We loved our stay!

Great place to stay! The house was very clean. Only five minute walk to the beach! Two minor improvements to suggest: the kitchen need some bowls to prepare food, and some glasses along with the cups. And, it is perhaps time to get new mattresses for the twin beds. We had a lovely time.
