This house is the perfect vacation spot! You can't get a rental any closer to Seagull Beach (0.4 miles) than this fantastic location. This bright, pristine duplex has many amenities including high-speed WiFi in case you want to stay connected. Swimming and fishing are just a walk away! West Yarmouth is close to Hyannis and centrally located for all Cape attractions.

Enjoy this newly remodeled child friendly home with lots of light. The unit has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a full and twin size beds. Full closets in both bedrooms. The updated kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils and appliances that you'll need, including a K-Cup coffee maker. There's central AC and heat, as well as a cool summer breeze if you choose to keep the windows open. The bathroom has also been updated and there's a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The open living room and dining room has a lovely fireplace that opens up onto a private patio. Enjoy the private outdoor space-- outdoor shower to wash up from a day at the beach and BBQ for some delicious grilling. There's parking for 2 cars on site. A third car may be accommodated upon request.

The house was great and met all of our needs as a small family. The area felt very safe, and was a short walk (~7-10 min) to beach. We enjoyed using the grill and found the beds to be comfy, and the rooms spacious enough. The lawn was well manicured and our kids enjoyed playing outside and chasing the bunnies.

Beautiful comfortable cottage is prime location

Jack was an exceptional host and his home was loved by our entire family. It is in a great location walking distance to Seagull beach (which saves you the $20 daily parking cost at that beach) and ideally located for short drives to most attractions throughout Cape Cod. Skipper’s restaurant and Mayflower beach (around sunset) were our favorites. We highly recommend Jack’s home and would book it again next time we visit the Cape.

Really nice, quiet location, a short walk from Seagull beach. The house is clean, well-cared for and well-appointed with kitchen utensils and cook ware. The outdoor shower works great after a long day at the beach. Nice patio in the sun, located conveniently near the kitchen for meals. Close to several good restaurants, Pirate's Cove and the Pirate Museum. Very happy with our stay.

My wife and I bought this house so that we can enjoy it with our 2 children seasonally and be able to let others enjoy it when we are not using it due to our heavy travel schedules. The adjacent unit is rented year-round to a quite mother and son.

Why they chose this property

This property is very clean and updates with Central AC for those very hot summer days. It is walking distance to the famous Seagull Beach that has a handicap ramp. The landscaping is professionally maintained. Cleaning between guests is ALWAYS performed professionally. The unit is cleaned by a trusted cleaning company using latest CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting.

What makes this property unique

Close to the beach (0.4 miles) and nice yard for BBQs. Salt-water (Lewis Pond) nearby for Kayak and canoeing.
