This bright and cheerfully decorated three bedroom home offers a newly remodeled kitchen and sun room. It is located less than one mile to Nantucket sound beaches and is meticulously maintained both inside and out. The interior has been freshly painted throughout. Landscaped exterior with a grassy lawn and a new stone rear patio offers a patio table with umbrella and chairs, a gas grill and enclosed outside shower. Amenities include central air conditioning, more than one bathroom, internet, washer and dryer, two televisions (50 in smart TV in living room and a 32 inch TV in sun room). For rainy days, or extended living space, you will find an extra table and chairs in the garage. Please note, garage is not available for cars/parking.

Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe, Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, Sundae School, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. Bed was comfy, and the central air was appreciated. Favorite spot was the sunroom. Didn't use it, but the outdoor shower was huge!

The kitchen was cheerful and space accommodate our family of 4. Cookware could use some improvement. Appliances were fine aside from an ancient coffee maker that needs replacing for coffee lovers like us - we had brought along a french press that worked out in a pinch. It was within walking distance for a stroll on the beach but too far to carry much more than a towel and a cool drink with you. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We would definitely return again!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this home many times but noticed some concerns this year. Many Broken blinds in sun room. Bathroom window in small BR not working, has to be held up with something to stay open. No trash bag left in kitchen barrel even to start off vacation. Oven not working, Home did not seem very clean when we arrived, floors did not seem to be washed and tub had sand in it. Needs exterminator bugs at front door, and throughout bedrooms and lots of ants and spiders in bathroom. Thank you

The broken blinds, bathroom window, and oven are all items we will have our maintenance team address, and we’ll also be reviewing the home carefully to ensure these issues are corrected. We’re particularly sorry that the home was not as clean as it should have been upon your arrival, including the floors and tub. That is not the experience we want our guests to have. We also take your comments regarding the ants, spiders, and other bugs seriously and will have the property inspected and treated as needed. We’ll also review our arrival checklist to make sure basic supplies, including trash bags, are properly stocked for our guests. Thank you again for letting us know where we fell short. We hope you’ll give us the opportunity to address these concerns and provide the quality experience you’ve enjoyed during your previous stays.
