TopLocatieZeeland # Walcheren

Our luxury group accommodation is located in Meliskerke, just 4.5 km from the beach of Zoutelande. This lovely spacious family holiday home has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and two (living) rooms, both with large heaters.

Deposit before check-in EUR 500 in cash or by bank deposit upon arrival.

Tourist tax is 2.25 p/person p/night to be paid in cash or by bank on arrival.

With a large group, for example, you can still split off so that the children can watch TV while the others are cozy by the fireplace.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom and toilet, upstairs there are 5 more bedrooms and two bathrooms and two toilets.
The kitchen is extensively equipped so that the kitchen prince(s) can get to work. The auxiliaries can help around the kitchen island while also keeping the cook company. In addition to a large stove with double oven, we have a microwave, a large fridge, a large freezer, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a Nespresso and a traditional coffee machine.
Since 2012 we have the so-called 'Familiehuis Walcheren'. It has been completely renovated and the old house has kept all the old characteristic parts. This place feels like you are in the French countryside, but appearances are deceiving, we are in the middle of the island of Walcheren (Zeeland) in the delightful hamlet of Mariekerke, just 4.5 km from the beach of Zoutelande.

Klasse geeignet für Familientreffen

Wir kamen mit 14 Mann zum Familientreffen (8 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder zwischen 10 und 18). Obwohl alle Betten besetzt waren, gab es genug Platz. Die Zimmer einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber recht groß. Das Haus ziemlich hellhörig - merkt man, wenn nachts/frühmorgens WC/Dusche benutzt wird, da seperat von den Zimmern. Insgesamt liebevoll hergerichtetes altes Haus. Wichtig - ausreichend großer Tisch für alle draußen und drinnen. Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen, Kaffeemaschinen usw alles da. Wenn was fehlt oder es Frage gibt, wohnt guter Geist Karolin gleich nebenan (sie macht auch Familienfotos.. ). Großer, eingewachsener Garten mit schöner Sitzecke. Wir saßen da fast jeden Abend um den Feuerkorb (Holzscheite vorhanden). Viel genutzt auch das Spielhaus mit Tischtennis und Billard. Sauna nicht ausprobiert. Viele schöne Strände in 7-8 km Entfernung. Unbedingt Fahrräder leihen. Viel schöner, als mit dem Auto rumzugurken. Haus selbst liegt in Miniort. Nächster (sehr guter) Bäcker ein paar km weg.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus bietet mehr als genug Platz für 12 Personen. Toll renoviert und ausgestattet. Es könnten für die Anzahl der Personen nur mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten geben außerhalb der Grillecke.

Das Haus ist wunderschön! Wir waren mit 14 Personen (4 Familien mit Kinder von 9 Monaten bis 14 Jahren da) und es fehlt an nichts. Es war einfach fantastisch und die Gastgeberin großartig! Es war der perfekte Kurzurlaub!

This property is absolute incredible!

We were 3 families staying there, and the house was totally perfect. This is a big property with really good sized bedrooms, kitchen and dining were equipped with everything you need and the living room had a wonderful open fire place. It was totally geared for big families, eating and cooking together. Also, the garden is really big, with a trampoline and BBQ. Fantastic house, you won’t be dissappointed.

Empfehlenswertes Haus

Wer es ruhig und gemütlich und die ländliche Umgebung mag, ist hier genau richtig. Rustikales Ambiente mit Kaminöfen und offenen Galerien. Alles sehr liebevoll restauriert. Gartenanlage mit Grillpatz. Ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den Nachbarorten. Die freundliche Vermieterin wohnt im Nachbarhaus. Sauna, Billardtisch und Tischtennisplatte helfen auch bei Regentagen. Wir (7 Personen und 1 Hund) haben uns i Haus sehr wohlgefühlt.

Dit is echt genieten......

Een weekend genoten van dit fantastisch luxe familiehuis. Wat een verwennerij, opgemaakte bedden, handdoeken, hout voor de kachels en open haard. En wat een ruimte. Er is zoveel aandacht besteed aan de schitterende inrichting van deze mooie woonboerderij. Kortom enorm genoten. Een aanrader!

FANTASTISCH!

Kort maar KRACHTIG: een geweldig huis en we hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad. Een grote traktatie voor mijn 75e verjaardag! Iedereen van de familie heeft genoten en degenen die er "verstand"van hebben vonden het huis prachtig ingericht, sfeervol en met veel smaak.

Nice holidays

The weather was great when we arrived at the house. After 6 hour driving, all of us were exhausted. But when we saw the house, the stress was forgotten permanently. It was awesome. Although we’ve seen pictures before, we couldn’t really imagine how beautiful everything was. Everything was decorated with love, everything matched, and it was perfect. The garden was great, with a big table where all of us 10 could sit without any problems. On the same day we went to the beach with the bicycles which were included in the house. The area was perfect, the beach was beautiful. What we also loved, was the billiard table, it was really fun, as well as the table tennis. We enjoyed every minute in our holidays and regret absolutely nothing, although it was raining for the last 4 days.

Een fantastisch huis.

Wat een fantastisch huis. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van de prachtige landelijke inrichting van de woning. Zo sfeervol ingericht, passend bij de stijl van het huis. De ruimte binnenshuis was meer dan voldoende voor ons gezin. 11 volwassenen, 3 kleine kinderen en 2 baby’s. De grote leefkeuken als middelpunt van het huis was onze favoriete plek en we hebben nimmer zo’n complete en luxe keukeninventaris meegemaakt. De enorme open haard in de woonkamer stookten we s’avonds op om er met elkaar te genieten van een goed gesprek en een glas wijn terwijl degene die wilden televisie kijken verdwenen naar de andere zithoek, zonder dat we elkaar in de weg zaten. Van de enorme tuin hebben we (nog) niet kunnen genieten omdat het te koud was, maar daarentegen hebben we volop gebruik gemaakt van het bijgebouw waar een tafeltennistafel staat en een heerlijke sauna met rustgedeelte waar we gebruik van mochten maken (zonder extra kosten). Vaak betaal je nog extra energiekosten bij gebruik van sauna en dat kan behoorlijk oplopen, maar bij deze woning zit het gewoon bij de prijs in, complimenten daarvoor. Ook de opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst is heeeerlijk. Als wij weer met de hele club naar Zeeland gaan wordt het weer familievakantiehuiswalcheren

Heerlijk huis

We hebben een week in dit prachtige huis mogen logeren en ik ben helemaal verliefd geworden op het huis. De ruimte, de inrichting, heerlijke (én opgemaakte) bedden, ruime keuken met veel en goede benodigdheden, grote én kleine huiskamer, sauna etc. etc. Rustig gelegen, heerlijke kaasboerderij in de straat, lekkere bakker in het dorp, op fietsafstand van vele Walcherse kustplaatsjes. Super bedankt voor alle gastvrijheid en het mogen gebruiken van dit geweldige huis. We komen zeker een keer terug!

Super Woonboerderij

Wat een fantastisch huis is dit! Helemaal af, schitterende ruimtes, heerlijk comfort, en gestyled alsof het uit VT-wonen komt. Alles klopt, was schoon, netjes en comfortabel. Open haard zorgt dat het snel warm is, de vloerverwarming doet de rest.

Heerlijke omgeving, prachtig en sfeervol huis

Ontzettend warm en gastvrij werden we ontvangen in dit prachtige vakantiehuis. Het is ontzettend warm en sfeervol ingericht met een overcomplete keuken, heerlijke bedden, een grote houtkachel en zelfs een eigen sauna. Ook de lange eettafel is heel gezellig als je met een grote groep bent, zoals wij waren. Het plaatsje ligt in de buurt van het strand en gezellige badplaatsen dus in de omgeving is genoeg te ondernemen. Wij hebben echt een heerlijk weekend gehad en kunnen dit vakantiehuis ten zeerste aan iedereen aanraden!

Zeer verzorgd

Prachtig huis met zeer veel zorg voor elk detail. De inrichting is zeer smaakvol. Er is genoeg ruimte en materiaal voor 14 personen.Het ontbreekt aan niets. De ontvangst door de beheerster is warm en hartelijk. Het is een klein paradijsje op Walcheren en zeker een aanrader.
