"Wright Relaxin" - This beautiful home offers spectacular marsh & ocean views, convenient elevator, plenty of room for relaxing & entertaining, and is just a brief walk to the beach! Perfectly located on the peaceful west end of Holden Beach, you are sure to be pleased with this spacious 5-bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath home featuring two living areas and unobstructed views of the ocean & coastal marsh area. Check the waves each morning from your covered front deck. Dine and relax outdoors on the two-level marsh side decks, enjoying great views of the Intracoastal Waterway, watching the boats & coastal wildlife go by. The inverted floor plan places the living area and one of the master bedroom suites on the top floor and features a large kitchen with granite counter tops and a large center island perfect for gathering and preparing meals. The kitchen and spacious dining area is open to the comfortable main living area. There is a convenient half bath off the kitchen, and a sunny den offers a quiet spot to unwind, read, watch a movie or play a game. The lower level features two more master suites with king beds and private baths, a third bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom with twin beds. Dual zone heat and air conditioning allows for different comfort levels on each floor. On the ground level you will find an enclosed outdoor shower with dressing area and hot and cold water. This home has fresh mattresses, TVs and freshly painted upstairs, and is among the best values for coastal vacationing this season!

Safety issues

I was extremely worried about the construction of the balcony facing the road. There were no 4x4 posts holding up the railing which was 20’ over the driveway. The railings were only held up by the pickets and were not even attached to the house. One of the rockers had broken runners and had been taped back together. Serious safety issues. We also had to sweep the entire kitchen/dining area when we arrived. The floor was full of crumbs and chips.

Thank you for your stay with us. Many railings have this design at the beach and they are very safe. The span is much less than 20 feet. Thank you for noting the rocker. We do apologize regarding the kitchen floor. We would have been happy to send housekeeping back to the property had we been advised. Hope to see you back.

fun family trip

Good trip. Nice place for family gathering. When we had any issues management was on it and sent someone out. Great views of marsh and beach. Loved the porches and king size beds were great! Loved it.

House needs TLC Our bedspread had large urine spots and a horrible smell. I called Proactive but...guess nothing they could do. Moved spread as far away in unused room. Definitely needs a good cleaning. I am not picky...would want to know this if my property.

Wright Relaxin

The home is great for a large family. It needs a very substantial deep cleaning!!! We had 2 people over 75 and a close to 50 yo with terminal lung cancer. We were very concerned about cleanliness and were extremely worried about the lack of cleanliness during our stay. In light of this fact, and since we have rented other places at Holden Beach for the past 4 years, we will not be renting this home or from your firm again.

Cleaning of house/ Check in time

When we went into house for first time the furniture was dusty, kitchen floor and counter top was very sticky. Check in time ought to be 2:00 o'clock, not 4:00 o'clock. Almost a wasted day

We didn't want to leave!

Two families, with children of varying ages, came together to enjoy a week at Holden Beach and had a blast! This home was wonderful and provided many convenient amenities. My favorite parts were the great porches that we could sit on and enjoy the amazing views of both the ocean and the waterway. Close proximity to the beach access was a huge plus. The owner was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and obviously cared a great deal about our happiness with his home. We would definitely return to this vacation home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Perfect House to Bring the Family Back Together

I'm hesitant to give this jewel of secret away but if you're looking for a house to bring everyone together, this is the place. This is our 2nd stay in 2 years at Wright Relaxin and we have loved every minute. Rarely do you find a rental home that has more than 1 King sized bed. Well this one has 3! In addition to the excellent sleeping arrangement, the upstairs is perfect for board games all night. One last detail worth noting, there are not many beach access points in Holden Beach. Fortunately, there is access only 3 homes down, which makes this house a slam dunk. Cant wait to go back!

AMAZING VACATION!

We came for a beautiful Spring week at Holden! This house is a wonderful vacation HOME, that easily accommodates 4 couples and more! There are 3 K with private baths! There is 1 Q that shares a bath with 2 T. The top floor living space is open and has wonderful views of the Ocean and Marsh! We even used the elevator to haul all our things upstairs! It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful week! We will return and highly recommend it!

Wonderful House for a Wonderful week!

Wright Relaxin was an amazing place to rent for our family, and friends! With 5 bedrooms, 4 & 1/2 baths we were more than satisfied! It is hard to identify a Master bedroom because there are 3 King bedrooms with private baths attached! The elevator was great for getting all our food & luggage upstairs! The main living area is on the top floor so you can easily see the ocean as well as an amazing view of the Marsh! The Marsh changes so much because of tides, winds, birds, sunset reflections - it is gorgeous! We will return! Our friends who visited will return as well! THANKS!

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

We've stayed at this property for the past 5 years and have to say the accommodations were excellent. The house itself had everything you could possibly need and the elevator was a godsend. The property is very well maintained and the owner was very helpful and cooperative. Beach access is less than a block away so there was no problem walking back and forth from the beach with the kids. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. If you need bars and restaurants close, this isn't the place for you but if you need peace and quiet this house and beach fits the bill.
