Your Holden Beach adventure begins at this 5-bedroom/3.5 bath house. With 3 king beds, 1 bunk bed(full/twin), and 2 twin beds. This superb property offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. Plenty of closet and dresser space so you can easily unpack for the week. TVs in every bedroom.
Large bonus room on 2nd level allows space for movie night or board games. Elevator reaches both floors.
2 of the 3 full baths offer walk-in luxury showers with multiple shower heads and bench seating. 1 bath has a tub/shower combo. Powder room on the first floor. Tankless hot water so no worries when it's time for everyone to shower and head out to a restaurant or event.
Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving meals. Has lots of counter space, bar seating in addition to the dining area. Pantry for vacation groceries!
2 living spaces with canal views. Upper and lower decks offer beautiful sunrise views and a welcomed shady spot for the late summer day heat. Relax and enjoy the wind down from the day on the beach just a 3 minute walk away. Gas grill on the extended deck conveniently located by the kitchen.
Bring your fishing rod and enjoy fishing from the dock.
Holden beach has great shelling! One of the best spots to shell is close to the pier (currently closed to fishing) just a 5 minute walk away. Public bathrooms located here. Convenient store, ice cream shop and beach clothing just a half block further.
We provide bed linens, bath towels, bath soap, dish soap and dish towels. We also provide an initial set-up of paper towels and toilet paper to get you started for the week.
Some beach chairs and corn hole game available. Dog friendly (2 max) with pet fee $150 each

This home was fabulous! The interior design was warm, comfortable and clean. The towels were so much nicer than usual. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the gas grill wonderful. Great view of the canal and short walk to the ocean.

Pictures do not do this stay justice! It was the perfect place for our large family vacation and the hosts where very responsive. Great location on the canal, plus close to public beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Dancing Pelican. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes - very important to us as we all love to cook. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well with plenty of space for all of us. The walk to the beach was so easy. We will definitely be back!

Lisa and Butch,Outstanding property, easy access to everything. views from the back decks of the canal were stunning. House was well maintained and furnished beautifully. My wife is in a wheelchair, the only suggestion that I would have is to install grab bars in the water closet area so that hand caped individuals would have an easier transfer from chair to toilet, otherwise this is the perfect place for someone in a wheelchair. If this place is available for our next trip, I will definitely be looking for it. Calvin

Family vacation

Beautiful house a short walk to beach. 5-bedrooms that were exactly what we needed. The huge walk-in showers were wonderful, although the kids loved the outside shower. Each floor has a large family space where we could gather to play games, watch tv or just hang out. Large kitchen and plenty of storage. Elevator was nice to help bring up luggage and groceries. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Holden Holiday

Our group of nine had the best weekend at the Dancing Pelican! The house is located on a quiet side street on the canal and was a very short walk to the public beach access. We especially enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs and relaxing each night. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The owners provided so many thoughtful touches like floor fans in each bedroom, strategically placed night lights, and outlets with charging ports to name a few. The kitchen was well-stocked and neatly organized. This was our first trip to Holden Beach and we found it to be the perfect family and dog friendly beach. We are already planning our return trip!

We had an amazing time at Holden Beach staying in the Dancing Pelican! The house is beautiful with great bedroom setups. The kitchen is well stocked with all amenities that you may need to cook for the week, including a gas grill. The kids loved fishing off the canal dock and catching tons of little fish each night. The hosts were available quickly via phone and VRBO messaging for questions. You are a three minute walk to the closest beach access. Despite it being the week after July 4th, the beach was not crowded at all. It was amazing to be able to easily find a spot close to the ocean each day. You won’t regret booking this house! We will definitely consider it for future visits.

I am a NC/SC Realtor and my husband is a General Contractor, and we are lifelong residents of Charlotte NC. We have visited the NC and SC coasts our entire lives. But we had never been to Holden Beach until 2020 and immediately fell in love. We are avid offshore anglers.
We also own and operate a vacation home on Lake Wylie NC since 2008. We love hearing stories from our guests about special memories they've made during their stay. It is important to us to make your accommodations a part of those special memories.

Holden Beach is a beautiful, quite beach for fishing, shelling or just relaxing. Yet there are many options for more to do. Charter an offshore fishing trip, rent a bike and ride the 9 miles of island, rent a kayak and hit the ICW, enjoy the water slide, mini golf, ice cream shops, souvenir shops.
Restaurants include everything from seafood, burgers, Italian, steaks and Mexican. Or stop by one of the many seafood markets and take your own home to cook.
