The space
Enjoy the spectacular ocean views in this beautiful (2019) second row gem, with an ELEVATOR, steps from beach access, outdoor shower, and PRIVATE pool.

"Queen By The Sea" boasts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Inverted floor plan with 4 bedrooms located on the first level. The Queen bedroom and Double bunk bed room share a bath (tub/shower). Across the foyer, the King bedroom and Queen bedroom share a bath (tub/shower). All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, and are beautifully decorated in nautical theme throughout.

Heading upstairs you will find a King Master bedroom with private bath (shower only) as well as the open Living area, Kitchen, and Dining room with Wet bar. The kitchen provides top-notch appliances! For your convenience, a Laundry room and half bath are found on the upper level. The desired open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and family time. Enjoy family dinners surrounded by beautiful décor and stunning ocean views.

Lounge or enjoy your morning coffee on either of the ocean facing covered decks. Easy beach access just steps away(30-45 second walk to beach access). If you need a break from the ocean, come and relax by the pool! Breathe in the ocean air and let your stress melt away at "Queen by the Sea".

No Smoking & No Pets.
No large events.
Linens and towels will be provided; Guests will be responsible for making bunkbeds.

We ask that guests bring their own beach chairs , beach/pool towels, and items.

Pool is NOT heated and no grilling on decking.

Please make sure that outside lights at pool/decks are turned off 9pm-7am.

Guests will need to bring their own charcoal for grill.

Outdoor shower will be turned off in winter if necessary.

All access to home with the exception of the storage unit located on the ground floor.
Other things to note
Located at the East end of the beach. Wonderful ocean and inlet views! Literally steps from the beach! Quiet, family beach!

Guest(s) will be responsible for any missing items and/or damage.

At checkout, all dirty linens, towels, etc should be placed in laundry room, any dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and any decor put back in its general area.

All trash cans need to be emptied, all doors/windows locked and place keys back in lockbox.

Trash pick-up is on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Containers should be rolled to the end of the driveway for collection.

Outdoor lights and music off 10pm-8am.

Secure any breakables or decor you feel necessary and put back in general area upon check-out.

This is a lovely well maintained home. It is steps to the beach. The description tells about the home perfectly. There are many mermaids! Brittany went up and beyond. She went out of her way to help us. She made sure we had what we needed. We were traveling with 4 generations and a wheel chair. The kitchen is vey well stocked. There are all the necessities included which helps for a great stay. There are restaurants and a food store very close by. I recommend this home for a lovely Holden Beach vacation.
