Top Lage für den Einstieg ins Skigebiet Alpe d'Huez !

Top Lage für den Einstieg ins Skigebiet Alpe d'Huez. Tatsächlich eine grandiose Aussicht vom großen Balkon ! Küche könnte für die Belegung 22 Pers. größer und besser ausgestattet sein. 1-2 Zimmer doch eher klein, grenzwertige Bettwäsche mit Flecken auf den Matratzenauflagen und Matratzen, gewöhnungsbedürftige Kissenüberzüge, tlw. nicht das sauberste Chalet. Check-in-Vorgang vor Ort problemlos, nettes Personal gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur, sehr gute Lage und fantastisches Resort, entschädigt vieles. Nochmals vielen Dank , hat alles in allem gut gepasst.

Séjour parfait

Super séjour dans ce chalet, avec une terrasse très grande en plein soleil pour la fin de journée ! Les chambres sont toutes équipées de salle de bain, très appréciable !

Chalet convivial

Chalet convivial mais problèmes de propreté. À notre arrivée certaines bondes de douche étaient bouchées par des cheveux, nombreuses toiles d’araignées aux plafonds, flacon et vieux dentifrice au sol dans notre salle de bain, vieille carte de uno entre les coussins du canapé. Literie assez moyenne avec taches sur les alèses et les matelas. Oreillers plastifiés usés. Ampoule dans le sauna déficiente. Le jour du départ, le personnel de la réception se présente au chalet à 8h sans nous avoir prévenu alors que le départ et prévu à 9h30 (10h dans le livret du chalet). On nous reproche que la cuisine n’est pas propre alors que nous avions pris le forfait ménage avec cuisine, mais le personnel sur place n’est pas au courant … ils n’étaient pas non plus au courant que les taxes de séjour avaient déjà été payées. Y a t il une bonne communication entre ceux qui gèrent la réservation et le personnel sur place ? Menace ahurissante dans le livret du chalet (50€ par poubelle non sortie…). Le personnel sur place était réactif et serviable. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine, le domaine est très bien. L’accès aux remontées se fait par un chemin qui est quand même un peu casse gueule et boueux quand nous y étions, ou par la route mais cela rallonge le trajet

Toplocatie

Mooie locatie en prachtig uitzicht. Woning is zeer ruim en was uitermate geschikt voor 4 gezinnen. De bank in de woonkamer zou eens vernieuwd mogen worden, maar het uitzicht, de grote eettafel, het balkon en openhaard zijn fantastisch.
