Very nice apartment in the DRC, very comfortable, 62m2, located in the center of St Lary. New luxury residence with fitness room, Sauna, Hammam (free access and free), 2 parking spaces in the basement.

A large living / kitchen of 23. 5m2 overlooking the south facing terrace, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine. Living room with TV, DVD player and free wifi access. Sofa 2 places convertible very good comfort.

A room of 14m2 with double bed 2 people + trundle bed that can accommodate 2 other people.

Bien décevant

Tout a commencé (ou finis) par un prélèvement, pour motif que le logement n'a pas été rendu propre, a été exigé par les propriétaires, injustement. Or, il se trouve que, en plus du ménage de base, nous avons nettoyé les baies vitrées, passé en machine les éléments de la chaise haute, ainsi que les draps housse, le plaid du canapé et les façades de la cuisine. Cette exigence de la part des propriétaires totalement infondée était, du reste, tout à fais relative à leurs regards puisque nous avons pu constater les choses suivantes ( à noter que nous n'avons déposé aucune plainte à ce sujet): un aspirateur archi plein, sans sac pour changer l'ancien, une machine à laver et un lave-vaisselle qui sentaient très mauvais le manque d'entretien de leur filtre), et un frigo qui coulait . Par ailleurs, la dame qui nous a donné les clefs nous a fais attendre une heure lorsque nous sommes arrivés, alors que nous avions pris rdv (deux petites en bas âges et après un très long voyage), et nous l'avons trouvé très fausse et expéditive dans sa façon de nous accueillir. Idem pour la restitution des clefs et l'état des lieux.. Et nous n'avons pas non plus mentionné les différents appels des propriétaires pendant notre séjour, nous incriminant, par le biais des voisins délateurs (et menteurs) pour des interdictions sois-disantes mentionnées dans l'annonce. Bien dommage.. A bon entendeur!

Appartement très agréable, décoré avec goût, confortable et très fonctionnel. On s'y sent rapidement comme chez soi. Ce logement est très bien situé, en plein coeur de St Lary. Le sauna et le hammam doivent être très agréables quand il fait frais ou froid, ce qui n'était pas le cas début juillet. Nous étions une famille avec 2 adultes et 2 ados, nous conseillons ce logement les yeux fermés.

Fantástico.!!

Estuvimos dos semanas en el apto. de Noël Martín y he de decir que fue un placer alojarse allí. El apto. tiene todo lo necesario para cortas y largas estancias, muy limpio y bien conservado. Está situado en el Centro por lo que hay un rápido acceso a tiendas, restaurantes, etc. A esto le añadimos el encanto de Saint Lary Soulan y su entorno, las excursiones que se pueden realizar sin grandes desplazamientos en coche y por supuesto la restauración. En definitiva, recomiendo este apto. a quien tenga intención de ir por la zona.
