Charming 3 room furnished apartment of 61 m2, in residence ideally located in the heart of the village (near gondola, thermal baths, shops ...) with parking and ski locker. 2nd floor without elevator. SOUTH exposure, crossing, very bright.
Clear view NEST and PLA D'ADET, 2 balconies, garden furniture.
Open living room on fully equipped kitchen and very functional (large oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer)
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), bathroom with bath, separate toilet, large closets.
Extra services to reserve in advance: rental of bed linen and towels, cleaning at the exit (prices are provided on request).
SPECIAL CURISTIC PRICE 720 euros (April, May, June, September, October).
A deposit of 450 euros (cashed for any damage found) and a deposit of 80 euros (cashed if the apartment is not left clean) will be requested upon arrival. Tourist tax 1 € for adult and per night.

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© dans le centre de St Lary.Il est trĂšs lumineux avec vue sur la montagne, spacieux, bien Ă©quipĂ©.Le propriĂ©taire rĂ©pond rapidement et est trĂšs arrangeant, tout comme le personnel de la conciergerie.Bref, un appartement idĂ©al dans lequel nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.Et juste deux petits retours pour le propriĂ©taire : la bouilloire semble avoir une lĂ©gĂšre fuite (nous n'avons pas compris comment mais il y a un peu d'eau sur le socle ;-) ) et il serait peut-ĂȘtre utile de mettre des feutres ou des caoutchoucs sous les chaises pour attĂ©nuer le bruit lorsqu'on les dĂ©place.Merci et Ă  bientĂŽt j'espĂšre

Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© et tout Ă©quipĂ© : rien ne manque. Tout est pensĂ© pour qu’on se sente comme chez soi: c’est top! Et le cadre est vraiment agrĂ©able : le calme, la riviĂšre, la vue sur les montagnes. En plus tout est accessible Ă  pied, on peut laisser la voiture au parking et profiter de l’endroit. TrÚs bel appartement bien situé, faut aimer dormir a cÎté du bruit de la riviÚre mais c est trÚs agréable. Excellentes vacances dans ce bel appartement bien Ă©quipĂ© et trĂšs bien situĂ© au centre de St Lary, Ă  proximitĂ© des tĂ©lĂ©cabines et des thermes. Un balcon plein sud nous a permis de profiter pleinement du soleil. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir trouvĂ© cet hĂ©bergement acceptant les petits chiens. Appartement trÚs agréable, bien exposé, lumineux, spacieux. Balcon ensoleillé pour y prendre le café et lézarder. A deux pas des télécabines, du téléphérique et des commerces. Seul bémol : pas de wifi et une connexion 4G trÚs aléatoire. J'étais en télétravail le matin et ça m'a un peu compliqué la tùche.

A great little apartment, just of the high street in Saint Lary. Easy access to public pool, cable car and shops / restaurants. Amenities are very good - as listed no wi-fi, but free public access in Town is available. Thank you for a great holiday.

Appartement trÚs spacieux, bien équipé, trÚs bien situé entre le centre ville et les bords de la Neste. Commerces à pied. Gardez un peu d'énergie pour grimper les 35 marches, à la fin ça use. Pas pu accéder au parking annoncé , mais fin août ce n'est pas un problÚme.
