This apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished (contemporary and traditional Moroccan mix)
Located on the first and last floor, with an independent entrance, it exceptionally has two terraces, one of which is 70 m2 furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, armchairs and barbecue with panoramic views of the lagoon, as well as another of 15 m2 that can serve as a solarium.
Close to shops and a few minutes walk from the beach.

Très bien
Très bel appartement, décoré avec goût. Les espaces sont bien répartis et la terrasse très agréable (pergola rajoutée depuis les photos). Situé dans un quartier populaire et donc plus proche du vrai Maroc que les résidences situées plus proche de la lagune (nous sommes résidents au Maroc et donc avons déjà testé ailleurs). Bon accueil de Youssef. Bon contact avec le propriétaire également.
