About this property
WARM AND COMFORTABLE FAMILY HOUSE near the AVIGNON FESTIVAL
Comfortable and warm family home. Strategic position in the heart of a very touristic region (Marseille, Avignon, the Alpilles, the Luberon, the Holy Maries of the Sea, the Pont du Gard ...........)
You can rest at my place and also benefit from being able to visit Provence.
It is a very interesting house for 2 couples.
Plenty of dining area provided both outside and inside we have the choice, rest area 2 real comfortable rooms,
terrace under the Virginia creeper, roof terrace (which is a solarium or an additional sleeping area if you like to sleep under the stars there is no danger and especially no noise except that of crickets.)
The garden is very spacious and wooded (hackberry, walnut, cypress, poplar)
Parking available for vehicles above the house and no one around.
Please note non-smoking house.
