We loved this condo. The view is breath taking! Nicely stocked with all the amenities. This unit does have beach chairs and umbrellas. Centrally located for excursions to the north and south. Safeway across the street it perfect. We would love to come back!

Fantastic Spot

Beautiful unit overlooking the ocean, centrally located to everything. The condo itself is just as pictured in the listing, maybe even better! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kauai is beautiful, don't miss out on this one!

Just what we needed

We loved the property. We wished the restaurant on resort was open for more than just dinner but the room was beautiful with an amazing view and we ended up eating a lot of our meals in the room. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed and having the two on-suites worked out great for us with our teenage daughter. Mahalo for making your home available to the rest of us.

Beautiful condo, beautiful views, on a beautiful island.

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful condo. The views were amazing. We saw a monk seal on our beach. The resort pool and hot tubs were amazing. We rented bikes from the resort and rode on the scenic coastal bike path. The propert management team were very responsive to our requests. Absolutely wonderful stay. We hope to return in the near future.

Beautiful and Homey

We are thrilled with the stay in H402. Beautiful, clean unit. Pool area is very clean & safe. Grocery store is right across the street. Although the ocean in this area of Kapaa is a bit rough you can still get your toes wet. Amazing sunrises.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay here with our young kids. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The pool was awesome and never super crowded. The only thing I was bummed about is the natural light. In the listing pictures it shows the main area super open and bright however it’s no very light at all. With the way the condo is set up there is no direct sunlight except early in the morning. Overall I’d would stay here again.

This is the perfect resort, close to everything.

We recently stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort, room H-402. This was an amazing condo, 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The assortment of beach items in the room for your use include: 4 beach chairs, 2 different size ice chests, 2 different size umbrellas, masks, snorkels, swim fins and an assortment of kids sand toys. I think this particular room probably had the best view of almost any other room at this resort. The is a Safeway right across the street, plus several other places to shop and eat. This is o located on the east side, it’s halfway from either side of the island. This is our 2nd time at this resort, we will definitely be back. Greg & Bella

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo very nice with beautiful views from many sides. The resort was immaculate, they were always cleaning every day. The location had many restaurants and stores. The only downfall is if you like to swim in the ocean there is no ocean swimming. Although they do have a beautiful pool but it’s only 3 1/2 to 4 feet deep.

We loved our stay!

We enjoyed the resort atmosphere and access to a resort style pool. Our 13 & 14 year old kids loved the pool and slides! The adults loved the hot tubs! We also had dinner once at Oasis, the restaurant by the beach/pool, and really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service was great! The condo itself was very well maintained and clean. Everything felt very modern. We ate out on the lanai every day and really enjoyed the sound of the waves and beautiful view. The kitchen and bathrooms were also lovely. We enjoyed the area of Kapa’a. A highlight was Lydgate Park/Beach. They have built a wall to create a protected swimming area that is also fantastic for snorkeling. We saw tons of fish. A very nice beach as well. We also loved Russell’s by Eat Healthy Kauai. It is plant based and great. There is a backyard seating area that is very nice and your kids (or adults) can have fun spraying the chickens with supplied water spray bottles. Overall our stay was a solid 5 stars.

Great View and Condo - Concierge service leaving a lot to be desired

Condo and view were spectacular! Unit had a well stocked kitchen with all the additional appliances, dishes, etc... needed to cook full meals. Pool/Spa area were very enjoyable with limited amenities beyond the towel service, assume this was due to our timing as the Island was just starting open back up from COVID. Unfortunately our assigned Concierge (Barbara W) from Hawaii Life's Rental Team was not accommodating and did not appear welcome to fulfill any requests or guide us to any solutions we couldn't figure out on our own. Aside from checking in we reached out on 3 occasions during our 10 day stay with fairly simple requests. Our 1st night we asked for an extra blanket as we had 3 kids with us and 1 was out on the couch, the 1st response was 'Why do you need that?' Followed by no further assistance, regardless we managed on our own. 2nd request was the discovery of a broken umbrella in the unit when we first attempted to use it (clearly snapped in half by previous guest). Barbara was quick to tell us that the umbrella was not guaranteed as part of our stay and if she was in town she would 'try' to drop if off or we could get one on our own. Our last request was the day before check out to see if we could get up to 1 hr of a late checkout due to our flight departure time, this was clearly not considered as we received a flat no; 'our policy is 10am check out'. Great place to place and central location but plan accordingly to be self sufficient as Concierge 'support' was non existent.

Great stay in Kauai

We loved this property. My mother and mother in law stayed at this unit and enjoyed the central location and being able to get around the island easily. They absolutely loved the pool complex next to the beach. They loved the view most of all and spent many days on the balcony overlookingthe pool and the beach.

Inside our place was very nice beds, good AC, excellent showers and appliances for cooking, etc. So a very comfortable space. The community grills down by the pool were average...somewhat falling apart but usable, need your own lighters to get them started, would take very little maintenance to keep them in excellent condition. Inside the condo, the sliding glass doors really need to be serviced (as stated in a previous review) so that they are not so incredibly hard to open and close. Property mgmnt responsiveness was very good. Overall, excellent experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place. It was very comfortable and such a beautiful view from the lanai. That's what really convinced my choice. The location is great to explore from also. We had some fabulous meals at the Aloha Restaurant on site and would love to stay again in the future.

A Perfect 10

Unbeatable ocean views, spotlessly clean and everything felt brand new. Everything you need is there, right down to a beach umbrella and beach chairs. Location across the street from Safeway and Starbucks is awesome and also just a few blocks from the5 mile beachfront path. Restaurant doesn’t open until 4p, but good and views are great.

Christmas get away

The location is perfect for us, I love the sunrise from the patio. This is our second stay in H402.The room hasn’t changed much in 8 years. It’s getting a little bit worn I’m sure from all the use.Walls need patching and painting. Door handles and sliders are hard to open. A good week of maintenance will probably help.
