Inadmissible à ce prix.

Moisissure aération salle de bain. Moisissure toute la sortie de douche. Joint de bac à douche noir !!! J’ai même pas osé laver mon bébé dans le bac à douche. Même pas de mitigeur ma fille c est ébouillanté en coupant l’eau. Meuble de salle de bain pourri j’ai pas pu mettre les produit. Fil électrique apparent avec un domino non protégé dans la salle de bain. Prise électrique mal fixé super pour les enfants. Jardin partiellement clôturé enfant et chien peuvent ce sauver. Robinet plein de calcaire. Évier salle. Bref cela mérite un remboursement d’au moins 50%. J’ai des photos de tous ce que j’annonce ci-dessus. Quand à Foncia qui gère le bien ne trouve pas cela dérangeant !!!!! C’est une blague !!!! Je ne compte pas en rester là clairement.

Studio bien situé et bien équipé. Foncia, qui gère la location, accueille à minima les locataires sans se déplacer ni à l'arrivée ni au départ.
