An Excellent place for a family to stay
We stayed in Melissa's house for just over three weeks and had a wonderful time. For the first week and a half there were just the two of us with daily visits from local grandkids, and for the last ten days we had our daughter, her husband and two teenage kids staying. The house and yard coped extremely well. It is generous in its sizing and layout and flexible in its usability.Melissa's local housekeeper, Kerin, was most responsive and efficient in providing advice and sorting out any issues as they arose. There were also generous supplies of such essentials as cooking oils etc, laundry and dishwashing detergent etc and so on. Linen was in generous supply. The property listing was accurate, but we, as Australians, had not digested the fact that it's actually on four floors. That said it all worked really well for us as a family.

Fantastic rental, highly recommend
We loved our time at 129 St James Drive, the house is great, very comfortable and well equipped and made out stay easy. We know the area having lived nearby and it’s great for kids with the common and adults with the restaurants and pubs. The train station is also very convenient. The set up of the house is very high spec and felt like a home. Thank you. Nick
