The full size kitchen is nicely updated with granite counters, newer stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and separate breakfast bar. This unit has a living room, formal dining room and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer! Garage unavailable.
The community pool is a few doors down from the condo. Public golf courses, tennis, water park, restaurants, movie theater, shopping and so much more nearby. Permit #06712
