Beautiful apartment opening onto a terrace and a beautiful L-shaped garden with views of the mountain and Notre Dame De La Serra, quietly located 700m from the beach and the port, approximately 10 minutes on foot.

This very bright T3 consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bedroom with a 2 x 90 cm TV, convertible sofa, a bathroom with WC, machine washing machine, plenty of storage space, electric shutters and ceiling fans in all rooms, Terrace with 1 table of 2.50m, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included), a parking space.

Nice and calme

Schöne Wohnung und mit allem was dazugehört ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Urlaub. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse auf der man morgens schon frühstücken und Abends Abendessen genießen kann. Die Lage zu Altstadt und zum Strand 10-15 Minuten Fußweg. Wir haben mehr die kleinen Buchten in der Umgebung genutzt. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war auch sehr gut.

Großzügige Wohnung mit vielen Möglichkeiten...

Die Anreise war etwas holprig, aber Eduardo lotsete uns den richtigen Weg zur Wohnung und war sehr hilfsbereit bei etwaigen Fragestellungen.Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und zudem sehr geräumig.Es fehlte an nichts. Die Terasse war super, auch wenn der direkt davor liegende Parkplatz nicht die beste Aussicht bot, aber je nach Blickwinkel waren die Berge zu sehen.Der etwas weite Weg zur Altstadt zu Fuß mag den einen oder anderen abschrecken, uns hat es nicht gestört. Dafür gab es in relativer Nähe einen Super-U (Supermarkt in knapp 20 Fußminuten) mit extrem großen Angebot.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt

Familienurlaub in Caliv

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und es ist alles vorhanden, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestallten. Besonders hat uns die Terasse mit den Loungemöbeln gefallen, die wir jeden Abend genutzt habe. Die Komunikation mit Thierry hat auch gut geklappt.

Excellente vacances dans un logement parfait pour passer un long séjour. Tout est en double alors qu’un grand nombre de locations ne dispose que de 4 assiettes ici c’est mieux qu’à la maison. Cet appartement est calme et agréable en plus d’être idéalement situé. Un grand merci à nos hôtes qui ont tout fait pour que l’on passe une très bonne semaine dans l’un des meilleurs logements que j’ai pu louer jusqu’à présent. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. De plus, la personne qui nous a accueilli a été très disponible

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einem schönen Landstrich

In der Ferienwohnung gibt es so gut wie nichts, das es nicht gibt. Unsere Kids haben nur das WLAN vermisst. Wir hatten dort eine knappe, sehr schöne Woche, Calvi ist ein lebendiges Städtchen und liegt in Laufweite. Uns hat der Garten, die große Küche, die gemütliche Sofaecke und die einfach umfassende Ausstattung der Wohnung so gut gefallen - wären gerne länger geblieben!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwihnung mit super Ausstattung

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferrienwohnung und schön angelegter Garten, Gasgrill, Küche super ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, jedoch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Kleiner Minuspunkt: Es gibt kein Wifi.

Très agréable location claire spacieuse au calme et a 1/4 h à pied de tous commerces et de la grande plage face à la citadelle !!! Très bon accueil à notre arrivée par Edouard Dans un rayon de 15 KM avons fait de superbes rando Nous recommandons cette location très bien située géographiquement

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Calvi verbracht und hatten eine familiengeeignete Ferienwohnung, die liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet war. Dazu ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt, der uns aber auch mal ganz gut tat: es gab kein Internet ;-) Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

Appartement vraiment vraiment Nickel. Tres bon emplacement ( 700 mts des premiers commerces ) L'appartement est sur-équipé, il y a tout, tout, tout, il ne manque rien. Vraiment agreable pour passer de bonne vacances. les pièces, les 2 chambres, la piece de vie, la cuisine, la terrasse, la SdB, tout y est vraiment parfait. Merci aux propriétaires de tout mettre à disposition pour que les vacanciers passent un agréable séjour

L'appartement est situé dans une petite copropriété calme, située dans un quartier tranquille (pas de bruit la nuit). L'appartement est grand, bien aménagé et très bien équipé.Il ne manque rien. L'extérieur est pratique ( pour les petits enfants ). Je recommande vivement. .
